I have always had good experience with NW. There have been at least a couple of times that my PCP did not respond in a timely manner, which delayed my script. If you need a script right away, you may be disappointed as the mail service sometimes delays the process. You need to give them time for their process plus the delivery time. Generally your savings are well worth the wait if you have the time.
I am grateful for the incredible service that my doctors and myself receive when a prescription is to be filled. I have used NorthWest Pharmacy for many years now to fill a Tier 1 drug that would be many times more expensive if filled in the US. Agents have called in the past to make sure a prescription went through and delivery has always been prompt and convenient.
Excellent service always. The reason this review is so much later than the date of my last order is because I ordered an extra 6 month’s worth of meds from Northwest Pharmacy when Trump started putting tariffs on things that we buy.. And I was afraid of what else he might do.
I have been dealing with NorthWestPharmacy for decades. I have always found them to have the prescriptions I need at the most affordable prices. I would be very upset if I could not continue to do business with them due to misguided trade policies.

I need to take the Brand version of my prescription which is, of course, more pricey than the generic, a lot more! Generic is $10/month. I was getting the cheapest local Brand option (according to GoodRx) but it was still $130/month. I switched to Northwest Pharmacy and got the same medication for considerably less. It was under $50/three months when I started. Now with the tariffs it is a little over $50/three months, which is still a wonderful savings. Northwest Pharmacy dispenses quality products, is dependable, and has great customer service. I highly recommend them! Just give yourself a little extra time for the meds to travel through the mail.

Once my heart medication was no longer part of the US formulary eligible for discounts, labeled as a brand name and skyrocketing cost for non-generic medicine. The generic form of the medication has been part of FDA and Fortune magazines list of medicines that are produced and contain potential cancer causing agents from Asian producers. This pharmacy is able to source the brand name medication with an Rx. The tariffs have not caused me any issues this past year. I have been using NorthWest for close to a decade and saved thousands of dollars for brand name medications that are blister packed. The service is very good and timely.
