I have used this company from its start when I first heard Dr. Cass Ingram on “Know the Cause”!I have used oreganol xtra strength for everything and have NEVER been sick in all that time.I have used the detox protocol as well and am thrilled .All products are real AND work.

Oreganol P73 is peerless! It is the BEST natural medicine on earth. I have used it continually for at least decade or longer.I have found there is not a germ, bacteria or virus it is not effective against. The immune system's force multiplier.
Every bottle of Orega Care Swirl & Swallow Edibil P73 OralClenz mouthwash I get has mis-manufactured threads at the top of the bottle - requiring a wrench from the garage to remove the lid. I've complained about this to NA Herb & Spice. They admit they have a "few such bottles", but I don't believe them. If that were the case, I'd only get a "few", but I don't. It's been every one. This seems to me to be a simple quality control problem that can & should be solved. The product does do a great job freshening my breath.
LOve all there products especially the oreganol oil. Eveyone around me got sick and I started taking the oil and was the only one who stayed healthy!!
