Noon Med for my GLP-1 was a positive experience. I highly recommend the program. Just wish the cost of these medications were more affordable for those of us on a limited income

I found I did better on Micro Noom
I found I did better on Micro Noom, I started on full dose but found when I got to the top dose I did not feel well so switched to micro, I did not lose 30 lbs a month like some GLP-1 seem to imply on TV! It took me about 8 months to lose 40 lbs. about 5 pounds a month. For me, it stopped all food noise in my head, had to remember to eat. that made losing much easier. Noom's support was great! I liked my coach Shannan the most, her encouragement and support was awesome, kept me going.

High standards and excellent support
I just began my Noom microdosing medication. I have not experienced any significant side effects. My questions were immediately answered by my coach and the coordination care team. The medication arrived timely and packaged with extraordinary care. I can’t comment on how I will do moving forward as I have only experienced windows, but I feel confident in the support I will receive if I have any questions or concerns. The Noom app is very user friendly. There are many resources to help. Keep you on track and it encourages you to check in daily for ongoing support.

Easy to follow - a lot to learn
The new med program was easy to follow. There are several medical resources available, including counseling, clinicians, a doctors who are very responsive. I initially joined for GLP-1, but have found that their app helps me log & analyze my meals, teaches the importance of protein. Also, gives me a variety of fitness vids. It is a dense site. I’m not worried now about the weight that I will lose! That’s just icing on the cake. I have more confidence now and feel safer with the balance and muscle building videos that I watch daily.

An excellent program to loss weight
This is an excellent program with or without meds to direct anyone to lose weight through education, monitoring weight and food and drink intake and log-in processes.The app has sections to complete each day to monitor and change anyone’s eating and exercise habits resulting in planned weight loss. Support is provided by professionals and others using the program.

This is a great app for weight loss and maintenance
I’ve used Noom before and was successful. I’m using Noom now to keep myself accountable. The new Noom app is easy to use and dare I say fun to use. It now has macro tracking.

Very disappointed call The customer service a few times the ass assure me that I was gonna get a price for my medicine after calling and asking like five times They told me yeah go sign up and your medicine is gonna be for 300 so I went and signed up and after they had me a doctor visit, they approved it connecting me with lili direct which I already know is $450 and I told him I already have a prescription I could’ve gone and do that myself. I didn’t need you guys for that after you assure me that I was gonna get such a prize after complaining and talking to people for weeks trying to get somebody to help me after they wrote a ticket and finally somebody reached out to me after five days and she says no you was wrong because the website said that it’s not like that is $300 for the membership and that’s all that’s not what they told me. I called many times she said no we cannot refund you. Your money is very intense time for being so misled, and finally after a few days and being very frustrated not being told the correct information, the Lady the customer Service agreed to cancel my membership, but just make sure because I don’t know. It was very misleading, not ideal. I was really excited thinking that I have found a company that I could work with, but no, it wasn’t it . I mean, you could just go to lili direct yourself and go directly and get it. It doesn’t make sense.

Noom has been amazing with all of the…
Noom has been amazing with all of the support and ease of use and set up with the app. I needed a program that was going to be smooth and efficient with the right amount of support since I was doing this virtually. The tools available on the Noom app are absolutely educational and I have been so successful with all of the coordination support of the specialist they provide. I get immediate responses to any questions and feedback is given regularly. I can’t say enough about how much I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a program that is customized and easy to understand with autonomy and support at the same time !

I’ve been using Noom for about a month…
I’ve been using Noom for about a month now, and I’ve been really impressed with their responsiveness. Anytime I’ve had a question, the health coaches have gotten back to me quickly. They offer support without overwhelming me with constant messages or coaching — it’s a great balance. I’ve already lost 8 pounds and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Noom!

Straightforward and excellent app
Straightforward and excellent app to track progress. I’ve lost 48 lbs in 5 months and 12 more to reach my goal. Now getting prescription through Lilly Direct but still using the fantastic weight tracking, food lookup, meal logging, hydration tracking, and daily lessons. Very motivating and easy to follow. Even fun.
