Scam!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered an InfoCase ProBook x360 435 G10 Rugged Snap-On Case, MIL-STD-810H Drop Tested, Lightweight Protective Shell, Anti-slip Corners, Scratch Resistant, Air Cell Protection - AO-SNP-HP435G10 (1 Year Warranty) × 1, on 19 Aug. It was $86 and shipping was $13, a total of $99. There were many good reviews for them on this platform back then. It never came and there were no replies. And then after 2 months plus, on 7 Nov, an email regarding my order came with my Order ID stated... but it was to inform about business cessation.

Fraud in online shopping

On September 8, 2025, I placed an order for two server cabinets and I paid the full amount of $8,664.47.Between September 13 and September 24, 2025, I communicated with the seller daily regarding the shipment, but they repeatedly delayed the dispatch. On September 25, 2025, the seller canceled our order and promised a refund within 10 business days. Since then, I have consistently followed up with them regarding the refund, actively demanding the protection of my rights as a buyer. However, the seller responded perfunctorily and failed to process the refund. To date, I have not received the refund. On November 7, 2025, I received an email from the seller stating that the company had declared bankruptcy and would no longer respond to emails. Despite my inquiries about the refund, no resolution was provided, and the refund remains outstanding.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Ordered a camera bracket for a Unify camera on Sept 24th. Took my money and the item showed preparing for shipment. Never shipped. I inquired multiple times and finally requested a refund. No refund of course. I then received an email that the business is closing down. What a scam! Out $96.00. They knew they were in trouble and continued taking orders.

Took money then went silent

Apart from an email acknowledging the order I have heard nothing since despite emails to them and attempted phone contact. There are a suspiciously large number of positive reviews for this company but they are all labelled “invited” I suspect the less positive ‘uninvited reviews are a better reflection of this - poor communication and no product delivered.

It's a SCAM

It's a SCAM. I have ordered an item for 3500 USD and now there is no item and no refund. No one is responding even after sending more than 20 emails. Took the money and now is silent. NEVER buy from them. Planning to take legal procedures with the owners. Now they are saying they are closing the business. Probably they will change the name and will start again. Will look for the owners, will find the new website and will take legal action against them too.
