Nealsgadgets is a trusted seller

I have ordered a lot of Flashlights from Nealsgadgets. I am being honest when I say my experiences have been excellent. Communication through his chat and email has been great. He has the best selection and incredible discounts. Make sure to contact him to verify the item is in stock before you order. His free shipping is fast. Believe it or not, faster than USPS. Sometimes this hobby takes a little work dealing with sellers, but it is all part of the fun. Nealsgadgets has made my world class collection possible. I have not had a bad experience with him. I think he has excellent customer service. I deal with almost everyone when purchasing and Nealsgadgets is my favorite seller.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Rude and obnoxious seller that is clearly not following any standards. Multiple orders placed, some orders cancelled NOT refunded, half items send and others not refunded. Endless emails and chasing m, this is a fraudulent business!

This is straight up scam

This is straight up scam. After many months the seller didn't send me my order. He responded to my first two messages with excuses for delays, then proceeded to just ignoring me.

Not a scam website, just not a great company

This is a real store and not a scam. I placed an order and received some good items. In fact, it seems to be well-loved on all sorts of forums. The forums sing it's praises because it has a pretty good selection of enthusiast lights, parts, and accessories. BUT... Expect a very poor experience. 0 responses, 0 service, probably 0 warranty (since I never got a reply), and your order is subject to change without being contacted. Not only was my order changed, but I also ordered accessories that were recommended for a specific Lumintop light on its own product page, and they weren't compatible. I made multiple attempts to contact the seller about multiple issues and never got a response . The company ships from China, which is not always a problem in my experience, but it took weeks for the items to be shipped, and another month in transit to Canada. Tracking had next to no information. There are other enthusiast flashlight shops that will actually look after their customers. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Trusted friend

I'm Italian and I've been buying from Neal for years now, I've never had a problem with him, many times I make multiple orders spending several hundred euros and I've always received the requested goods, I'll tell you about my latest purchase: I ordered 3 Amutorch DM90S with led SBT90.2, generally Neal ships very soon within 3 or 4 days, not receiving any message I didn't worry because I thought there might have been some problem, Neal promptly informed me that due to an error by Amutorch he had been sent 3 flashlight with the wrong battery, he asked me if I wanted them anyway, I answered no and immediately asked Amutorch to send him the ordered material, so I suffered a delay but this is not Neal's fault, these are things that can happen ... for me he is an excellent seller and after a long time buying from him without ever problems I can say that for me he has become more than a seller, he has become a trusted friend.

Buyer beware.

I purchased a Nightwatch NS59v2 flashlight for approximately $127.00 + batteries. It failed after just a few light uses . As far as I can determine, there is no way to contact them for warranty issues. Next step will be to see if Paypal will refund my money. I wrote a review on their site and it disappeared. When I went to rewrite, I got a message saying that I'd already reviewed their site...but it's not there. There are numerous 5 star reviews with the same dicey syntax and adjectives likely written by a review farm. Another friend ordered the same light and never received it. He also has not been able to reach anybody at the company. Buyer beware.

By far my favorite flashlight seller…

If you want the latest and greatest of hobby grade flashlights this is where you go, he does not carry a million different lights, but only the ones he thinks are great. Makes selecting a lot easier. If you reach out to him on Facebook, he will respond and go out of the way/ or test to answer any and all questions you have, has done it many times for me. But remember he is in China, times and days are different. I’ve orderd from him at least 5 times over the years, yes it takes a few days to ship out sometimes but he always does. No complaints at all there. I will continue to buy my lights here for a long time.

Bad Company to deal with !!

Bad Company to deal with, I ordered a light and waited a long time. I tried to contact Neal on Budget Light Forum only for him to finally say wait 3 more days, about 2 weeks later tried to contact him again but he would not answer me. Finally i just opened up a PayPal dispute & got my money back. What Customer Service ?

Not worth waiting for

Ordered 2pc. 26650 6000mAh 15A Li-ion cells the 31:th of May and haven't heard anything from the seller. Emailed him 7:th of July and asked about the status without any response. Now I got tired and contacted PayPal that refunded me instantly so five stars to PayPal on the contrary.

Another irresponsible company

Another irresponsible company, I ordered the LUMINTOP THOR PRO LEP online last Jan 31 and they confirmed and acknowledged my payment at the same day, it’s more than 2 weeks now and still waiting the tracking number for the parcel but nothing, I emailed the customer service 5 to 7 times to follow up but no response from them.

Seller does not respond

Seller does not respond. I placed an order (#20532) two weeks ago and paid extra for fast first class shipping. Since that moment I have no any information about my order. Neal does not answer any mails I sent to him. I will try to get my money back via PayPal dispute.

Ordered in January waiting in march…

Ordered two items from him on January 1st. As of today March 9, I have tried contacting this seller through many avenues and have resorted to using a PayPal dispute. Will not reccomend under any circumstances.

Seller does not respond

Seller does not respond to problems. I got a defective product, he asked me if I can fix it myself, then agreed to send a new product. Then didn't send anything for months. I tried contacting on email, reddit, facebook and BLF, sometimes he would respond with a question, for example "what's your order #" and then blackout again.

It has been well over a month of waiting now. I’ve sent numerous emails and other means of communication with no response from Neal. I paid for faster shipping but it appears this doesn’t matter from what I’ve read. He works at his own pace if he ships your item at all.

You are taking your life in your hands…

You are taking your life in your hands when buying from Nealsgadgets. There is NO customer service. I mean ZERO, NADA, NONE!!! My Order #16913, placed on 12-19-20 was finally received more than a month later. The order was for two Lumintop GT Nano flashlights, and one of the Lithium ion batteries would not charge up. Over a period of two months, I sent him 8 email requests to replace the defective battery”:This is the email message that I sent 8 times with NO RESPONSE:“Finally received my order after a month. One of the two batteries is defective and will not power up the light.Please replace the bad battery as soon as possible.”As of February 10, 2021, not one response. When I say “NO CUSTOMER SERVICE”, I really mean it. Buyer Beware!

I was completely ignored. Paypal solved.

Paid and waited more than a month for shipping with no response. Tried to contact multiple times with no answer. Ultimately, it was paypal who refunded me and I still didn't get any word from the seller. Beware. Always use paypal only, or even better go buy somewhere else.

I purchased a LUMINTOP GT mini Pro from this website back in June tempted by a large discount offer but lately i noticed the torch was not working after a few days on a full charge I tested the battery from 24 hr to 6 days and there is no problems with it but the parasitic drain on the torch is faulty as it was draining over 200mAh in a 24 hr period from the battery. I contacted the relevant email on the website for support but after 2 emails with a 7 day gap in-between no reply, so i left a 1 star review on his website about this hoping to attract his attention but it was not published despite the review been verified from a valid customer. I should have been wary as he has over 300 5 star reviews with no 1 2 3 or 4 star reviews he is cherry picking the positive, what a con. To make it worse i contacted LUMINTOP on their relevant support email and they too will not reply despite them stating they give a 5 year warranty with their products. You might get a deal on his site but if anything goes wrong your on your own. I researched a good store on Trustpilot and have already dealt with them over a small issue and they were exactly as the reviews on Trustpilot stated-great customer service. So do your research before buying on a whim it will pay off in the long term.

No Communication whatsoever

Neal Zhang has good products but his customer service is just not there. I placed order on Sept 24th and now it's Oct. 26 and I haven't heard anything from him, this is after several emails to inquire the status of my order. This is the last time I'm giving this guy any business. You can buy the same products elsewhere. This guy will give you ulcer.You have been warned.
