Recent Unsatisfactory Hollymatic Part Purchase...
Purchased a replacement Hollymatic part for my machine. It immediately did not operate as previous one we used. I contacted NBS and inquired to return and purchase alternative one. I was told no due to 'sanitary' reasons. The product was not working as my previous authentic Hollymatic part, after 1 use, return of a non-satisfactory product should not be any issue. Its obvious National Buzz Saw has adopted the new online cold stance that customer satisfaction apparently does not matter. Angered and not satisfied.
