You know I havent received my order yet…

You know I havent received my order yet and if my unit is not the bomb, I'm really going to be upset because the shipping from this company is horrible. I received an update a week ago stating my package had shipped from NY so they didn't ha e to refund my money because they have to show a shipment before the 8th day after ordering. But In Actuality, it hasn't shipped they just created a label to look like it had so I didn't get an automatic refund from Aliexpress. I got another update saying I should have it by July 30th meaning almost a month in a half. This is ridiculous and I will never order from them again I

I ordered a 24" unit with highlights

I ordered a 24" unit with highlights, they sent me wrong hair colour it did not look like picture at all, wrong length (20") and didn't even send me back any money only said next order would be discounted. How can I trust that the next order will come right the next time? Not about to waste my money like that again. Hair is decent quality though. I would have been a loyal customer but I feel like these people are trying to scam and rob people. I was also asked for ID through email. I ordered from another company 24" and it's length on me is like 26", no one asked me for ID and hair quality seems very nice. I will be ordering from there from now on.
