I have a couple questions
After a lot of measuring, the cover came out righ and was delivered a couple days sooner than expected. I had a couple questions about attaching the cover lift and called the number on the cover. Nobody answered the phone, it just rang and rang. Called again on another day and tried a different extension, but to no avail. The cover was $600 and I still need to attache dthe lift, but I have questions. They put stickers where the lift should attach on the sides, but nothing on the back. So far the cover looks and fits good.

I paid almost 600.00 for a cover Dec…
I paid almost 600.00 for a cover Dec 2025. It showed up with the fold on wrong size. I photod it and put back in box assuming that would be corrected. Going back and forth for 2 weeks with denials, I realized my techs word against them so gave up. First part of February I took back out of box to actually use and noticed the underside had several small tears and one side seems to be hiding water. I sent photos as soon as I noticed. There was no damage to shipping box. And again, the 1 to 5 year warranty wont cover. They even had gall to offer me a replacement cover and shipping for 50% but no full refund. My advice to you, is to read the other reviews since this seems to be typical and if you are going to spend 500.00 on cover, use a company with better reviews and customer service. I should not have tried to get a discount cover because this cover will not last a year. They wont cover wirh warranty as their covers are inspected before shipping. They wont even bidge with knowledge the tears are on the side that touches water. No sharp edges.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Before trusting this company and their terrible product that ripped within weeks - When I followed their "warranty" instructions they say whatever they can to NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. in this day and age with so many other companies that are all about customer service DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I guess I should have looked up their 1.7 rating from reviews. They are truly a terrible company and service. Find your spa cover ANYWHERE ELSE. It’s also obvious by their bad ratings they don’t even care to try and turn it around.

1/2" Gap Within Tolerance...
The first cover I received would not lay flat on my hot tub—there was about a 1" gap that allowed heat to escape. I contacted customer service the same day, and they sent a replacement. The second cover still had a 1/2" gap, so I reached out again. They shipped a third cover, but this one also didn’t lay flat, was missing the heat shield in the fold, and the workmanship was noticeably lower quality than the previous ones.At that point, I filed a complaint with my credit card company. MYSPACOVER responded by saying that a 1/2" gap is “within tolerance for custom-made insulated covers.” If you’re okay with heat escaping from your hot tub, then by all means, buy a MYSPACOVER.

Don't purchase this product
I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased my cover, because they are all accurate. Poor quality, stitching started coming apart after about 6 months and when I reached out about a replacement per their warranty I was told the condition was due to "waterlogging" and normal wear and tear and therefore not covered. Dan did offer to provide a new cover at a "considerable" discount; however, his discounted price is right on par with other companies and I'd much rather take my business elsewhere. Cheap product and poor customer service.

The worst
The worst. Cheap, misshapen, and expensive. Save yourself the aggravation and seek elsewhere. You’ll regret dealing with myspacover.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I purchased the top of the line cover for my spa. It lasted two years. I filed a claim and was denied because I removed the tags on the OUTSIDE of the cover. Who leave hideous tags on the outside for everyone to see? I provided receipt and photos...but was denied. The website says 100% satisfaction. Does this sound like that? Stay away.

Dont expect any after the sales warranty service!
Bought a cover to replace our older one and paid for fairly good price for it August of 2024. I ordered it with extra wrap around the foam so no water can get in. Well it lasted about 1 year and the foam on the top has started to melt and created pockets where the cover has sunken in. Obviously not pleased and sent a email in to inquire about warranty service and after 5 days received a email from Dan requesting pictures. Me and my wife took the foam out and sent Dan the pictures back within a day of his email. Well I have never heard back from Dan even after sending another email in another week and a half later. So the moral of this story is dont expect any warranty service from this Company after the sale. I would not buy anything from them again.

Well should of read the reviews first
Well should of read the reviews first. Stupid me!! Made me think I was getting lifts I ordered. And no that was just the metal inside to screw the lifts on. They dont sell the lifts, even though the pic is highlighted, thats what I thought I was getting. Cover is good but now we have to figure out how to open and close without lifting it ourselves.

Poor qualify product
Poor qualify product, company refuses to honor warranty claiming that all the issues we have (handle tore off, seams falling apart, etc) are normal wear and tear)

Avoid!
I live in the northwest where rain is a thing! Before purchasing, I explained that my hot tub was out in the open and not covered so please sell me something waterproof for my situation. The cover they sent me is anything BUT waterproof. My tub is full to the top in the winter from rainwater filtering through their cover.

This is my 4th cover in more than 20 years. It looks amazing! Went with the light blue. Was delivered on time and deliver went very well. They even helped my husband carry it in back.

Junk cover and poor customer service.
I bought a black spa cover from these folks last year. When it arrived, it was a good looking spa cover with the exception of a massive white label that was stitched in one of the seams. Clearly an eyesore, I cut it off as most people would. About two months later I found a piece of the cover in the bottom of my spa. The cover was falling apart. I immediately contacted MySpaCover with pictures of the issue. Via email it took quite some time for Rose in customer service to get back with me and she told me there was nothing they could do because I removed the tag. I maintain that it's a strategic plan on their part. They know the vast majority of people will think the label is insanely large and ugly and will remove it. At that point, all they need to do is refuse any warranty because the tag was removed. After I shared with Rose my belief of this tactic, she said she would "talk to the management". She responded about a week later to say for the cost to me of $205 they would repair it (replace the skin) if I shipped it to them (not cheap). My response was... "So, let me see if I understand your offer. You want me to do the work of shipping the cover to you and be without a cover on my spa for maybe weeks while you put a new "skin" on it at your own pace? All for the low price to me of $205?" I added a few choice words for her management as well and, after another week, Rose responded that management is now offering a "one time courtesy" to skin it for free. I still have to ship it and be without a cover with winter coming on so I responded with what I thought was a compromise..."As I said before, with winter coming on, I cannot be without a spa cover for an undetermined amount of time. The only way this will ever be right for me is if you reimburse me the cost of the skin replacement."$205 is a third of what I paid for it, so I thought it was a pretty good compromise. I'd still have a cover on my spa for the winter, wouldn't have to pay a fortune to ship it to them and they wouldn't have to deal with the cover. Additionally, the cover is falling apart so there's no way of knowing how long it will last or how soon I'll have to replace it with a new cover. Reimbursing me $205 seemed fair if I have to buy a new one years sooner than I normally would have to with a quality cover. It's also exactly the same as the cost they would incur to repair it. Everyone is happy and no hassle for either party. I sent this proposal to Rose on October 31, 2024. Crickets from Rose/MySpaCover since. Hence, this review.

Scam
Expect them to send you an incorrect item, suggest additional purchase to fix it and send another random thing. You will waste weeks of your time, hundreds of dollars and not have a cover you purchased - customer service rep Pauline. Stay away!

Recently Purchased
I received my spa cover sooner than expected in very good condition. It fits perfectly and has a slight suction that holds moisture and heat in. I have only had it a couple weeks.Time will tell if I made a good purchase but for now I'm happy with it.

Unbelievably Dissapointing - Be Careful
We purchased a spa cover in June 2024 using their website and ordering process. After receiving the cover, it looked horrible as it was poorly sewn and started holding water in less than 3 months. After multiple attepts to talk with someone there in customer service, (no one every answered the phone) I finally sent them a detailed email with documentation photos. They apologized and agreed to replace it.After waiting for weeks for additional information, I filed a dispute with my bank hoping this would get it in motion. They actually sent the bank a supposed receipt which showed this was an "In Person Purchase and that I wook the merchandise with me" Unbelievable.I then filed a BBB Complaint. MSC Again stated they would refund my money but were waiting on my dispute to be released from the bank. That was done 6 weeks ago. MSC appears to fabricate statements in hopes I will just accept and go away. I will never go away until I receive a refund... As of today, we are still waiting on the refund they promised.

DO NOT BUY FROM MYSPACOVER
DO NOT ORDER FROM MYSPACOVER! We needed a cover for a Bullfrog Spa and we called them before ordering and they told us that if we ordered from them it would fit! We measured using the way they told us to. The cover finally arrived and it DID NOT FIT! WE CALLED THEM & THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING BUT THEY ARE $ 500.00 RICHER. THEY TOLD US TO TRY & SELL ON MARKETPLACE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO HOLD THIS PLACE ACCOUNTABLE FOR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

Did not double wrap... Bowed after a year...
Bought a cover, asked for double wrap, got single wrap. They DID send me a new insert that was double wrapped but putting it in the cover was a lot of work! Then after about a year, water started to pool on the cover. I started to bow, going up on the outside leaving a catch area in the middle. They again DID send a new inert but single wrap AGAIN. Upon removing the old instert, it was already wet and moldy. The quality of the warp is NOTHING special. They know 99% will never see it. I would gladly pay more for a better quality product.
