Great product and great customer service. My dogs love the food and are doing very well on it. They are both older and can be picky but no issues with Ollie. Quick responses and resolutions to any questions or concerns.

I have been using Ollie for quite a bit as I have foster dogs as well as my own. I embarked my three pups and all have warning of copper toxosis. Ollie has copper in the food. Still waiting to hear from the vets but I’m moving on to a no copper diet.Not only that, I received two giant boxes of food yesterday. One was for an account that we were using. The second account was from an email that I never had or has no account on Ollie. Instead, the customer rep just literally changed the non recognizable email to one of my email accounts. I had no forewarning the food was coming bc I do not have access to that email account. The email wasn’t even registered on Ollie. We were charged $400 for the 2 shipments and no sorry, no offer for reimbursement for this phantom account. I’m done with Ollie both for food concerns and terrible customer service.Going back to making homemade just food for dogs. At least, I know what goes in it.
I contacted Ollie via chat because I wanted to cancel my subscription. The rep offered an less expensive plan and a discount on my next order whcih is an excellent option for me!

When my German Shephard stopped eating we immediately took her to the vet and they ran some tests, while waiting on the results to come back a friend of mine gave me a couple packs of Ollie to try and she LOVED it. I Immediately placed an order and it arrived two days later very well packaged and still frozen. Unfortunately the days that followed my Shepherd began to further decline. The results came back that she had stage 4 large cell lymphoma, we were told we should have a month or so with her but that wasn't our case as hers was a very aggressive form and sadly she passed away 8 days after her vet visit. I am so beyond thankful we had something to feed her when she wouldn't/couldn't eat anything else, its comforting knowing she wasn't hungry in her last days. I emailed Ollie to let them know the circumstances and that I would no longer need the subscription. Annie responded with a very touching and compassionate email, not only did they cancel the subscription promptly they also refunded my first order, unrequested, reflecting amazing customer service and demonstrated that they're a company that cares. If you're looking for a healthier option for your dog, I would highly recommend giving them a try! I will forever be thankful on behalf of my sweet girl!
I have owned Shih Tzu pups for 50 years and the two rescues I have now are the pickiest eaters I’ve ever seen. I’ve tried all the various human grade foods out there and they end up in the trashcan. I saved the best for last as they will actually eat Ollie both baked and fresh. Ordering is easy they sent me samples of the baked last time, girls loved the beef so I added it to my order today. Also, I’m in my 80s and I have arthritis in my hands. Of all the brands I’ve tried this one is the easiest to open. Customer service is great. Highly recommend.
I have an incredibly picky eater in my 10 month old goldendoodle! I’ve tried store bought kibble and wet food from multiple sources to no avail, upgraded to Farmer’s Dog, then Pet’s Table. Customer Service with Farmer’s was acceptable but Pet’s Table was atrocious! They literally acted like they could care less about my puppies dilemma! Then I contacted Ollie!!! My experience was wonderful! I was lucky enough to be chatting with Megan and I can honestly say I have never had such a positive customer service experience, ever! Megan was so attentive my plight, made recommendations, answered each question I had thoroughly, exuding an apparent concern for my needs, and an exceptional product knowledge that sold me on Ollie with no hesitation!
The customer service is great. They always answer promptly and have the necessary information you need. They help you solve any issues with your orders or billing questions.
The service is TERRIBLE. I ordered food to be delivered AFTER March 5th because I am not at home. They disregarded me and sent it immediately so it's sitting out in the sun in Florida while I am away. I emailed/texted, God forbid they speak to you, because I want a refund and they don't respond. This is a Spanish company, not American. I have read many reviews of dogs being sick from the food.
Had a problem with the previous delivery but Brianna corrected it and the replacement box was perfect. Thx!!
Ollie's delivered today-exactly when they said they would. I had called and asked for the delivery to be moved to deliver sooner than the original time. I didn't think they could because this was short notice. But they said yes and they did it! The food was still frozen and nicely packed. Last week I had to call customer service and the young lady who took care of what I needed did so quickly, nicely and very professional. One of the best customer service calls I've ever had. So I'm sticking with Ollie's.
The fact that it was replacement for 8 packages that were defrosted in regular shipment, it was great.
All of my dogs love Ollie. If I'm a little late feeding them, they let me know. 😆 They have never done that before. But now, they will look at their empty bowls like, hey woman, it's dinner time and you need to get up and feed us.
2 of my 3 dogs eat practically anything. My 3rd is the pickiest eater( like his human mom). He loves Ollie. I have tried several other delivery services as well as raw food, which my picky eater won't go near. I found Ollie the best quality, easiest packing and love the storage containers.
Tucker LOVES his food and every time I have given him some he instantly eats it ALL He hated the other online name brand fresh dog food that I ordered for him.I would put it out for him and He would smell it and then walk away and wouldn’t eat it for a long time. Totally different experience with Ollie fresh dog food very pleased.

Today was a very sad day. The day our precious dog died.Annie was compassionate, refunded the amount charged that was to be delivered after Hazel’s death. We received a kind compassionate message from Ollie today.
Had an issue with my dogs food being delayed due to bad weather. It was delivered on a day I was out of town and it ended up defrosting and was not edible. I contacted Ollie and they resent the food with no hassle or extra cost. Great company! My dogs love their food!
