I did not get what I ordered. Mislabeled and not very timely.

The Carvin pb300 combo amp was in good shape, but during shipping one of the roller casters was destroyed beyond repair so I had to pull them off and may need to replace them in the near future. Also upon cleaning the amp I removed the speaker grill and apparently the speaker cone had been torn because there is obvious heavy glue puddeling in two spots. Most times their used gear is in great condition but this time I have to differ with them, they described it as excellent shape and in no way it was, more like good.

I bought a download of full Kontakt, 1st of all I'm surprised that it takes a couple of hours to get the installation code, never happened to me before. That's ridiculous!!! I buy it, you immediately generate a code number, I plug that into my installer and I'm making music when I should be, right away! But this is now much more than a couple of hours so you're also liars too. Is it because it's after your working hours, in this digital world it's 24/7. I sent you my money right away, I didn't mail you a bag of quarters. My name is Tim Cappello from the movie The Lost Boys, With Tina Turner for 15 years, Ringo Starr , Peter Gabriel. I just got back from tour, what do you think would happen to me if I was hours late for a concert? So I'm going to tell all my musician friends NEVER to order digital software from Musician's Friend, you ain't no friend of mine. I've got all this time writing a crummy review because I can't make music because I can't use my software that only runs on full Kontakt cause you idiots are asleep at the wheel. Go screw Yourselves!!!!! You've turned me into a Sweetwater guy.
bought a guitar, they shipped it
Well I ordered a used item and it was boxed terribly and so of course when it shipped got destroyed. Some of the parts were missing for the amplifier but, the musician's Friend associate took care of it and sent me the parts that were no longer there that I need to use the amp so they made it right

I just ordered a 14 inch snare hoop and when I clicked the checkout, there were two guitars that I never even chose, I am not a guitar player, I only order the snare hoop and now my order has two guitars that I did not order for more than $2000, would like to cancel this order immediately for those guitars, I just ordered a 14 inch snare hoop, I just set my alarm clock at 6 AM to call your live chat number in order to cancel this and fix this problem, once again I am not a guitar player. I did not order those guitars.
