Great Service

Great Service - more costly than others but this is where I find ALL my songs - so therefore worth the money (I am a wedding photographer!). Customer Service team very prompt and quick to help! Highly recommend

Excellent Customer Support!

This was one of the best customer support experiences I've had. I spoke with Jeremy - he took the time to explain answers clearly to every one of my questions; he seemed genuinely interested in my project; and even remembered me when I called back to follow up on our conversation a few weeks later. Sydney Nelson was extremely helpful with my problem, I've been searching for a specific song to utilize for my project for some time. I decided to use the live chat feature and ask for help, Sydney took the time to listen to my problem, search for the song I was trying to find the name to, and she found it quickly. All the while being kind and friendly.

Mostly Negative

The Pros: Musicbed works quickly to resolve copyright issues I have when posting to YouTube. But thats the only good. The Cons: I have copyright issues EVERY SINGLE TIME I post to Youtube. Every. Single. Time. Their music library is the same as Epidemic Sound- and I rarely had issues when posting to YouTube with Epidemic Sound. Music Bed has ZERO sound effects- unless you wan to pay extra for it. Epidemic Sound includes free sound effects. Music Bed is literally THREE TIMES as much as competitors and I have copyright issues, no change in music quality and zero sound effects. I would never use Music Bed again. It's been a complete pain in the a** to use them. Also, just finding music is difficult. I can't just type in a genre or hashtag to find music related to popular band on Music Bed. I get either no results or low results. It was easier for me to find music by genre and music sounding like popular bands on other platforms. Conclusion: Save 3x the amount of money and get the same music library from other sources that have no-copyright songs. You'll get just expansive of a library, same music, ACTUAL sound effects without having to pay extra and zero copyright strikes when you upload to YouTube. And AGAIN- you'll save over $200 when using other sites.

I’ve already been a big fan of Musicbed for a while because the quality of their music and licensing makes my workflow so much easier as a creator. Recently, I realized I accidentally had two separate accounts both charging monthly, and their customer service handled it incredibly well. They responded quickly, fixed the issue without any hassle, and refunded everything without giving me the runaround. That level of support honestly stood out to me. Great platform, amazing music, and customer service that actually takes care of you when something goes wrong. Highly recommend.
