We stopped to look at a few cars for my wife as she needed a new car ASAP, and we had just been turned over by a “dealer” to the point of now taking civil action, so being very wary of dealers was high on our radar, we saw a couple of cars she liked, had a chat with Paul, who was a laid back as you like, asked if we could take a couple out, not a problem, straight away if we wanted. Had a test drive and she picked a car, super low mileage, full service history and clean. Paul sorted all the finance out on a Saturday afternoon, no dramas and said the car will get a full mot and service Monday and a fresh valet before we picked it up. Fantastic service, great no pressure staff and thankfully peace of mind for me, definitely would recommend using Paul and this site to anyone

I’ve been using Motorland since 2012, I must have had 15 vehicles, the most recent one purchased today!! I’ve never had customer service on this scale anywhere else I’ve ever enquired or expressed interest in the purchasing of vehicles.I think I have pretty much used all sites of the Motorland Group! If I’ve ever had an issue, it’s been sorted within 24-48 hours. Nothing has ever been to much to ask! They go out of their way to help and support. No pressure selling or typical sales spools! This is a hand on heart review from a loyal customer that has complete trust in a dealership which is rare these days! You see reviews every day, I always struggle to trust reviews but please take this one as fact and truth 100%. I’ve dealt with Andy, Indi, and Amrik (AM) (Bloxwich and Brownhills) The customer service is excellent, transition of viewing a vehicle to processing this through is smooth, collection and handover of vehicles is thorough and stress free and a pleasure to go through! Can’t beat the service
Can’t beat the service with Paul proper gent. No pressure in buying or looking around the cars unlike other car sales. After service is top notch I had a problem with my car contacting Paul and it’s sorted out straight away garage mechanics top bunch of lads expanded problem and what they were going to do and done this is the 3rd car I’ve brought from them highly recommend them.
