Can't cancel order but customer service is really good.
initially I was miffed because I ordered the wrong item and there was no way to cancel even within the 1st half hour. That being said, I have had a couple of conversations with customer service and been impressed. Not only do you get to talk with a real human but they take their time with you to try to find solutions. I appreciate that.

RIP Moosejaw. It's D*ck's Sporting Goods now.
I've been purchasing from Moosejaw by preference for years and they were great. Everything changed when they were absorbed by $#*!'s Sporting Goods. Now they can't even validate my Alaskan address (although I receive other mail just fine) and I have a decent amount of Moosejaw store credit that feels all but worthless. Goodbye lifetime returns. Goodbye free shipping to Alaska. Goodbye military, first responder, student, and teacher discounts. I guess I'll just shop at REI and Sportsman's Warehouse where I can still benefit from most of the perks Moosejaw once offered.

Moosejaw sold to Dick's Sporting Goods and now under new ownership is not honoring their prior policies. They told me they would issue a credit - they did not. They did not refund. So, they have my return AND my money. Shame on them.

Total scam. Made a purchase in January and explicitly asked if it was returnable and was assured that it was. I have spent countless hours attempting to get a refund for a very pricy purchase. I have received nothing but a COMPLETE RUN-AROUND from the store and customer service. This company LACKS INTEGRITY.

Buyer beware - I will never purchase anything from Moosejaw (or Dick's) EVER again. I purchased two items from Moosejaw at the end of January, the items did not fit so I returned them the day after they arrived. After receiving my return, Moosejaw refused to refund me to my original method of payment (as had been described in their return policy) and instead issued me store credit without asking if this was acceptable. I escalated this issue to a supervisor at Moosejaw and was told that, while he agreed this was wrong for the company to do, there was nothing he could do for me. FYI - I was told many other customers were complaining about this as well and were in the same boat as me. Do not shop here! I will be telling all of my friends and family the same. Disgusting business practices.

PSA; I am boycotting Moosejaw. They sell, not true to size clothing. Force you to pay out of pocket for the return. And then lie and steal your $. I called and followed explicit instructions for a return/exchange. Instead they gave me my $ back in the form of a store credit so I am focrced to do nothing other than reciece more garbage from them. No matter my demands or escalation, they put a new policy in place February 1st to screw the customer over and protect their own profit/gain. I’m disgusted with big companies.

I've had good experiences shopping at Moosejaw in the past, but whatever recent transition they went through after being bought by Dick's Sporting Goods has ruined the company. I bought an item from them a few weeks ago that I decided to return, and in the meantime their entire online system changed. All of my old account activity (saved info, past purchases, etc) was deleted, and they're saying that because of this, they can't give me a refund for the completely new, unusued item I returned. They will only offer a store credit, which is ridiculous, and I have absolutely no desire to shop at such a scammy company.

Will cancel your order just to get more money out of you
Purchased a couple items that were on sale on the website only for my order to be cancelled a day and a half later after being told the price on the website was a ‘mistake’ and that I could reorder again- but at a much higher price. When I contacted customer service about it, I was given a bunch of legal language Moosejaw has that pretty much says they have the right to cancel an order if they don’t like the price you paid (or it was a ‘mistake’). Listen, I get everyone makes mistakes. That’s life. However, I don’t think it’s right to cancel a customer’s order for no fault of their own, and then say they should order again at a higher price point just to get more money out of them. Own up to your mistake, honor the customers’ orders that happened because of the ‘mistake’, fix it on your website, and move forward. Bottom line- if you find something for a great price on their website and really need the item, be hesitant. They might end up cancelling your order because they want you to pay more money for it.Add-wish I would have Googled reviews before ordering- sadly there are tons of negative reviews about this business out there.

They simply SCAMMED ME - I was buying "Mammut Free 22 Airbag 3.0 Ready" and asked their customer support member if the bag`s got the Airbag 3.0 system included, as it was unclear from the listing - he confidently replied that yeah, it does - eventually it was delivered to me without one.

Ordered a size Small pant. Was sent a medium. Didn't realize until weeks after delivery.. they seemed baggy so one day I checked. I've never received the wrong size clothing from a reputable store before.. until now! They agreed to exchange but then hounded and threated me after they were sent that I needed to get the other pants returned before XX/XX date or I'd be charged for another pair. Dude, you were the ones that sent me the wrong size. Plus they're just going to throw them away anyway. Kinda gross. Won't buy from them again.

Be aware! Sent wrong size
Be aware! I ordered two bags of same size 25L and one bag came wrong size. The label is 25L so idk how the mistake happened and who did it. Manufacturer or moosejaw. However I called and the customer service was extremely rude. No apology and very bad attitude. I will return the bag and will never purchase from this horrible company.

Almost cancelled the order when I read the Trustpilot reviews. Glad I didn't! I ordered a Royal Robbins skort. It arrived quickly from Moosejaw - right size, color, and I saved a lot (and it was the genuine article - I know because I've been wearing these for years and usually get them from the manufacturer).Also, Dick's recently acquired Moosejaw from WalMart, so there's new management. And I wanted to reward Dick's for refusing to sell semiautomatic guns after Parkland and pulling back from selling guns at all.

This was my first experience with Moosejaw and I was a little concerned after reading the negative reviews on this site. My fears were unfounded. The price point was great + I scored an extra military discount. My order was placed on Monday. It arrived on Friday and was exactly as I expected. Great, fast service, at an affordable price---what more can you ask for?
