I have a Monster sound system
I have a Monster sound system. It is not working properly. I have emailed them twice (once a week ago and once only an hour ago) and no reply. But I think that my problem needs a telephone call.The numbers on their website do not work , leaving a message saying phone contact is not possible.The online service request form is biased at the US and I am not at all sure that my requests have gone through as the form requires a US state and will not accept my European number.The service is abysmal.
