I must give one star but actually that is one to much. Nobody want to made this experience we made at the Boca Raton store with the sales person. Arrogant and disrespectful to elderly customer. It’s a shame for the store and for Moncler overall.
Absolute scum.Do not buy anything from this company. I've been waiting over two weeks for my purchase. Get nothing but emails telling me it's on its way. STAY CLEAR
Terrible quality and terrible customer service. I bought Moncler ski pants (AU$3,000+) to ski in Switzerland only to return to our chalet on the first day of wearing them to find the seat of the pants worn through to the insulation (you could see the underlying insulation). The fabric is not durable and certainly not of sufficient quality or durability to ski in challenging conditions. I can only assume Moncler intend for their skiwear to be for apres skiing only, not for actual skiing. Customer service said the damage was due to "external factors" - yes, snow and ice! I too had wished I had read these reviews before continuing to buy Moncler items. Never never again.
Extremely disappointing experience for a so-called luxury brand. After a zipper failed, Moncler confirmed they cannot provide a replacement part and offered no repair solution whatsoever. Instead of standing behind their product, they simply redirected me elsewhere and washed their hands of the issue. At these prices, this level of after-sales support is unacceptable. Luxury should mean quality, longevity, and accountability — not “sorry, nothing we can do.” If a basic component fails and the brand can’t or won’t fix it, that says everything about their commitment to customers.Nice branding, poor support. I would seriously reconsider purchasing from Moncler again.
Disappointing Experience with Moncler (Do Not Buy)I bought an expensive Moncler coat after specifically asking the staff whether it was suitable for daily wear. I was clearly advised that this particular coat would be appropriate for regular use.Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true. The coat is not durable enough for everyday wear, which is unacceptable given the price and the advice I received at the time of purchase. When I complained, the customer service was non-existent — both at the store in Amsterdam and at the head office. No real help, no responsibility taken, and no satisfactory solution offered. For a brand positioned as premium, this level of product quality and customer service is extremely disappointing.Be aware before buying Moncler.
I can't say I have had a good experience with customer service.I sent them an email with the following content."I bought boots from this brand last year.I didn't wear them much, but this year I wanted to try them on again and I discovered that the heel was badly damaged. The damage exposed the material that is in the heel directly under the very shallow layer of rubber. How is it possible that such expensive boots are made of such material? And what material are they made of anyway? This makes it impossible to enjoy these beautiful boots that should last more than one season. What can we do about this?"I have repeated the same inquiry several times, but I have not received a response from them once. It is very disappointing.
THE WORST CUSTOMER service ever. Do not even try to talk to them, do not order anything as they will just try to steal your money and not ship the items.
⭐☆☆☆☆Very disappointed with both the product and the service. I bought a brand-new Moncler jacket and wore it only four times. There is no damage and it was never washed, yet the insulation is clearly uneven—puffy in the front and sleeves but almost flat in the back.In the store, even the salesperson noticed the difference when compared to other jackets. Instead of offering a solution, staff made excuses and blamed usage and storage. Unacceptable quality and poor customer service for a luxury brand.
worst experience i have ever had... They sent me damaged product, they were assuring me for a month they will send me a new one after multiple "internal system issues". Today they told me, that the product is not in stock and i should wait for it. They also claimed, that the damage has been done by transit, but its clearly factory made mistake. Awful.
Absolute shit service I do not recommend anyone buying from monclerOrdered a hat with express shipping they did not ship for days and I called multiple times with false promises. Only to know they are shipped the day o travel and need the item . Worst service EVER
Montclair London is not in London but in China nowhere. Instead of high quality leather I received Polyurethane and Polyester junk - good for trash! No contact with the supplier. I want to send all junk back, but I receive not any address! The link for any claim or contact is not active.
I wish I'd read these reviews before, now I'm out of pocket almost AUD4k.I purchase a jacket on the Moncler site on 07/12, with express postage. It's been stuck in Melbourne UPS depot since 12/12 - and do this day neither Moncler (or UPS) have found a resolution for me to get my order.I honestly can't believe that this has happened with a prestige brand like Moncler and am seeking legal advice on how to proceed to get my money back.
Purchased a £2k jacket and within 3 months the zip has gone, reached out for help and told I had to travel to a Boutique, bearing in mind I live no where near to a Boutique as I purchased on line I was told that the after care team would look at the jacket on the 15th Jan and then arrange to repair. I pointed out that I needed the jacket for a Christmas event or two and neeeded a quicker repair, I was told unfortunately they will not do anything before this date. I pointed out that If they were only willing to look at it on the 15th January, it would then take a couple of weeks at least after the 15th for pick up, repair and return, therefore I would be without my winter coat for over a 6 weeks or more. I then offered to get the repair done locally and they can reimburse me, they said absolutely NO , I would just have to wait per their timeline. This is shocking, firstly shocking that a £2k jacket is such rubbish quality the zip goes, then secondly the useless and unfair aftercare offer. Are we supposed to have a spare £2k other jacket for this kind of instance, a back up plan for when your hard earned money has been spent on a new jacket that fails you.I will never buy Moncler again, My husband has pointed out that his jacket zip broke on a previous jacket but because the jacket was 2 years old he just accepted it as wear and tear - but this begs the question, should such expensive jackets fault this often ??
How can I give 0 stars? I actually can't believe a company like this is allowed to behave the way that they do! I paid almost $1,600 for ski pants and was sent ones that don't at all match the item I purchased and was pictured online, all to be gaslit, have them abruptly end the conversation without response or help, and be continuously disrespected by their "customer service." I asked for help and an apology, and the conversation was either immediately ended (by them), or I received this "Thank you for contacting us. I stay at your complete disposal for any further information. I wish you a very good day" - so no apology or help. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Moncler and will never shop with them ever again. Genuinely disgusted.
I ordered the Laerte in a size 1, I should have ordered a size 0. But the website recommended that I fit into a size 1, anyway, the return process difficult.
Terrible after-sales customer care. Ordered boots and returned them 2 days after arrival due to poor fit. After receiving the shoes, they returned them to me, stating that the package was missing a QR code that I never received. They said with jackets it's sewn into the garment but sent separately in a small black envelope. If it's such an essential item, they should ensure it's included and inform customers that without it, we won't accept returns.Despite being a customer for years (have already bought two jackets this year alone) and trying my best to resolve amicably, they have just decided to ghost. Now I am having to turn to the credit card company, and they have lost a long-term customer forever.
Will not refund on a order placed 24 he's ago. Chatgpt says: There are numerous negative reviews and complaints about Montclair London that suggest it may be a scam company. Customers have reported issues such as undelivered orders, receiving items that are not as described, and difficulties obtaining refunds. Many reviews indicate that the company operates from China rather than the UK, which adds to the suspicion. If you're considering making a purchase, it might be wise to proceed with caution based on these reviews.
received a xxxl sized fake leather (faux) jacket 50% polyester and synthetic material, no where near the description for the old-money 'leather' jacket, not to mention wrong size. They are a Hong Kong based co. using a former British website to defraud men, like me, who don't check reviews first!!
There is an ad on Kijiji saying Moncler is giving free jackets to mystery shoppers and only those who make more then $100,000 can apply. I took issue with this by responding to the ad and pointing out the Irony of putting the ad on the free page of Kijiji, in response I was called a Plebe, Poor, Know it all and miserable by the person who had posted the ad. I have reached out to Moncler and I will amend this review if the situation is resolved. My apologies to Moncler in advance if the ad is a scam or otherwise not related to them
