I've had my best for 6 months, paid $300 for it and have the receipt. The knob broke while swinging in a game and has 2 cracks in it, has maybe 100-150 swings on it. Can't exchange the garbage but because I don't have the little sticker even though it has a serial number on the bat. Don't buy the white 2021 freak kp23. Very poor quality and rude customer service.
Their warranty system is just awful, bat cracks after two weeks of use and they won't honor a return because the little paper barcode is lost. Like they can't just look up the serial number by the number etched on the bat. Never buying a Miken bat again.
