Windows doesn't treat me as the Customer.
Time and time again I am not treated as the Customer.When I press the power button or wake up my PC/Laptop from sleep, the OS should find out what the customer wants to do rather than "Pleas wait" or just a revolving circle without any explanation! I have not authorised the OS to do anything, yet updates to OS or other programmes are carried out further delaying the Customer. My mobile phone works better!

Microsoft Account Support is Useless
Up until recently, I probably would have rated them higher. Things changed late December. I was a victim of an account compromise. I got emails saying certain parts of my account were changed but by the time I saw the emails it was too late and I was locked out. I reached out immediately to Microsoft and was given the “let us investigate the issue.” I sent screenshots of the emails I received. It’s been two months and I am nowhere near getting my account back. Microsoft Account support is all but useless and they will tell you they will look into things personally and get back to you, but they don’t. I last spoke to someone a month ago at the time of this review (4/2/2026) and was told it would be about 72 hours and they would PERSONALLY reach out to me. Nothing. I’ve lost Xbox games and progress and the account is nearing 20 years old.

European Level Complaint – Microsoft 365 Subscription Issue
I have a subscription under the tenant xxxx.onmicrosoft.com Since the beginning of the subscription, I have never received a single invoice.I am completely locked out of my account due to the two-step verification system.The Microsoft Authenticator app displays an 8-digit code that is not accepted by the login page.Attempting to authenticate with the same app creates a circular loop, making login technically impossible.I cannot access the admin portal to manage or cancel my subscription.This is a clear case of unfair consumer practice, as Microsoft effectively prevents subscription management or cancellation.I will escalate this to European-level consumer protection authorities.

My account was hacked
My account was hacked, Microsoft confirmed what happened, and still say they can't do anything about my account and the game connect to it and that I'll lost everything and have to create a new account AND buy the game again. If it was just about losing data on my cloud Id say fine, but the game is something they can definitely do something about and still they refuse.Extremely unreliable company, never acquiring anything from Microsoft ever again, this company is domed to bankruptcy

I’ve had an unresolved billing issue with Microsoft since December.A charge was made via my mobile phone billing and confirmed by my provider as a Microsoft purchase, but I was told only Microsoft can refund it.I reported this in December and keep receiving the same response that it is “escalated” with no resolution or timeframe.Can someone please assist in escalating this properly? This involves money taken from my account and has been ongoing for months.

I was unable to access my email and when following instructions to get back in, they asked for my number to send an access code, however, after several attempts they never sent an access code. When finally getting to a rep, he was extremely rude and only directed me to the same damn site and hung up on me. I have had that email since the beginning and every file I have in there is important and needed for work and schooling. I'm absutely disgusted with their service and disregard for care of their customer!!!!! I would give them a zero rating if it would have ket me!!!

I am billed on the account, which details I lost. I have enough other information (invoice number, business name, ect) for them to locate my account. But I spent 4+ hours talking to operatives, being referred to others. And the problem is still not resolved.
