Top Notch Service! From talking to me before the purchase, to having a detailed parts list with individual prices, to the customer service in helping me set some things up once I got the computer! Everything and everyone was awesome and it was a great experience! I recommend Meta at ANYONE looking for a new PC!

The environment at META PC Phoenix is amazing. They guys love what they do and do it well. A couple comments and the reason I will say it’s a 3 star experience was communication. I spoke with 4-5 different people and each had a different price of the work done, there wasn’t much updates on status or problems, and not only that, 3 different people had a different idea of when the pc was ready to the point I drove down there after being told it was ready and was not. Again the gentlemen there are great guys, just those small details and they have me at 5 stars.

It's been a couple weeks and the PC has worked just fine, while unboxing it I felt the love and care that was put into it and it was leagues above my experience with Alienware/Dell. Everything packed in tight, clear instructions and even a custom USB with recovery software on it. It might be cheaper to build a PC yourself but at least I know care was put into this pre-built and that was worth it to me.
They help me finish my build and it turn out great. Friendly too. I went to the Gilbert location.

If you are going to trust anyone with pc customization, trust these people. The quality of service and results are genuinely outstanding. This business is run by people who actually get it. They gave me guidance that I needed, I feel like I know exactly what I bought and why. They made me comfortable and have no regrets/anxiety. Their incredible packaging protected my pc from my local UPS’s tendency to destroy 2 out of 3 things I order. If you are still reading, you’re probably thinking “Oh, look, another superlative, vague glowing review.” Well, you’re wrong. Even if I drilled down into specifics, Metapcs is so good at what it does that it felt like a single, amazing process. There’s no point in getting specific. Buying from them was a joy and a privilege.

How fast the build took and how quick it was shipped to me. The PC is nice and compact and quiet. My old PC has shown its age. This was a fun and easy custom build. I have used other companies for previous builds and this was the fastest.
