I have been forwarded by another company that could help with my debt situation. Mellor solicitors are disgraceful I've been ringing them for over a week and they keep saying they are busy and one of their agents will call me back. Nearly 2 weeks and they have not rung me back. I've been ringing them for last 2 weeks everyday.They have taken over 500 pounds of my money and done nothing.
Please do not touch this company. They are utterly incompetent. They have got me further in debt when supposed to be helping me, it cost me a fortune and left me worse off with a CCJ
Do not WHAT SO EVER USE THEM. They have said they’re doing lots of work behind the scenes, it’s now April 2023, I have not had any contact or correspondence since may 2022. But they’re quick enough to take your money. Well they won’t be getting anymore. Oh and clearstart accounts they’re just as bad. Give them a wide birth. 🙄🙄
Unreliable, I have dealt with them for 1 year when it come to pay they are straight but advice and return call they are bad. I sent int lots of letters email but they would not respond after taking 3000£ of my money no result and no creditable explanation. Don't waste your money.

This company is connected with Lansdown Financial Ltd and their director Mark Rowe the biggest timeshare scammer known. As director of both Lansdown and ABC pre-planned a scam which has cost me a lot of money. ABC were to exit me and Lansdown to claim for illegal sale of my timeshare which was s complete fraud. Mark Rowe still director of Lansdown is supposedly under police investigation and refusing to return my money.Am very surprised that Mellor have become involved with this scammer tarnishing their standing. They have also not offered me any support.I have concrete evidence and they know it.
I was directed to mellors when I was landed with a disputed credit card bill last June 2021 thanks to Habib andthe team at mellors that bill has now been resolved thanks to their hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody that was in the same position as myself
