Great styles, easy to purchase and return. Ordered multiple rings to try on for my wedding band. Most other websites do not offer easy returns. My experience was so great and effortless plus the rings are beautiful and high-quality.
I bought a 16-inch Rollo Chain from Mejuri in November during a members-only sale for £635.80. I was happy with my purchase and understood that after the members period ended, the promotion could become available to the public — that part is completely fine.What really disappointed me is that only a few months later, the same necklace dropped further to £523.60. That’s a big price difference in a very short time. Honestly, I feel ripped off.When you’re buying luxury jewellery, you don’t expect such a significant drop so soon. It makes you question how their pricing works and whether their promotions can really be trusted. If prices can change this much within months, how are customers supposed to feel confident? It also makes me wonder what else might not be so transparent.I contacted customer service to ask for a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture. They were polite but refused, saying they don’t adjust prices outside the sale period.This experience has made me feel that being a member or a loyal customer doesn’t really mean much to them. My main reason for writing this is so others don’t feel the same frustration I’m feeling now. I genuinely regret not paying more attention to the concerns and information about Mejuri that have been circulating online.I would strongly suggest people think carefully before trusting their promotions or assuming a “members-only” sale is the best time to buy.

The mini white Sapphire hoop is perfect! I put it on (helix) and haven't taken it off for a week. You forget you're wearing it until you catch a satisfying glimpse of it in the mirror, and it's comfortable to sleep in.

Mejuri ruined my Valentine’s Day by failing to ship my order, which never even left their facility. They then promised an 'expedited priority replacement' to make it right—only to delay that indefinitely too. Worst of all, despite multiple failures on their part, they have not yet refunded my money. They are essentially holding my funds while repeatedly missing their own deadlines. This is gross incompetence and a total lack of respect for customers. If you're in the UK, be warned: their 'delivery guarantees' are meaningless, and their customer service is a series of empty scripts. I am now forced to escalate this via my bank and Trading Standards

My partner and I were in on Saturday, for Valentines Day. While I have had issues with the quality of pieces from Mejuri, the customer service is usually top notch.This visit was especially enjoyable, because we had great service from Richard! This has been my second time having a good experience at this location, because of his input and efficiency. We picked up a ring for my partner and ordered another for myself(they didn't have my size in store)- that should be here in the next day or two! Both items are a thick sterling silver and seem to be good quality. Looking forward to receiving my ring in the mail!Overall, I would recommend this store, location and associate! :)
