You offered introductory 12% off coupon code. Tried to use it, was told it wasn't valid. After repeated attempts with code, talked to customer service and was told it doesn't apply to wheelchair ramps. The code didn't specify it was only good on certain items! Not at all impressed with that!

Shipping FAILURE!
2/10/26 Placed order for 2 Hoyer Lift Batteries. As of 2/24/26 order not received. Called and told order would re-ship on 2/26/26. Still waiting for tracking information. THERE IS A CRITICAL NEED FOR THESE BATTERIES!!!!! Med Mart should expedite this shipment and get my order to me ASAP. I am very dissatisfied and I've lost trust in Med Mart.

Poor customer service and unreasonable return policy
Product did not fit through doorways even though we had measured prior to ordering. Attempted to return/exchange. Was told I would be charged 25% restocking fee, charged for return shipping and for original shipping costs. This was for a large heavy item that cost more than $500. I would not recommend ordering from this company online.

I have never been so taken by a company…
I have never been so taken by a company as them. I bought a CPAP cleaner, it never said it did not clean the hose on the product. I tried to return it right away and was told that they had to wait for the Lumin company to accept the return. Well I called the Lumin Company and they told me that they were totally untruthful with me. It was MedMart. Responsibility. I paid $231. For this machine. After numerous lies and back and forth I got no where!!! They are a terrible company!!!!

VivaLift!® Tranquil 2 Lift Recliner
We purchased a VivaLift Tranquil 2 Lift Recliner in June 2024.My son suffered a massive stroke and this chair has given him support, comfort and independence.In 2026 due to minor issue with chair; the customer service provided excellent support. We were further assisted by Robert. Thanks to Robert, we were able to remotely troubleshoot and fix the problem Robert was patient and kind throughout the process.Thank you MedMart and Robert for remaining faithful throughout this journey of recovery.
