I canceled my reservation. Online was not possible, delete butttom is fake. After several mails they confirmed the cancelation. After several mails and phonecalls I still have not received the money back. Ordered in April.Absolut desaster.
SCAM!!! Please stay away!- they refuse to return the guarantee money that they took from December last year (car was in order as per received form documentation)- on top: lies, arrogance, disinformation, passive aggressive by both phone and email and more other lies....also there is a solid suspicion that they LEAK THE CLIENT DATA to 3rds (this includes also the credit card and/or other payment information).
Horrible!!! Avoid this scam car rental company at any cost! Absolutely outrageous behavior! Three weeks before arriving in Mallorca, I booked a car with an automatic transmission. I made a 100% prepayment and received a confirmation of the reservation. Three hours before arrival, the somewho from Mallorcar called me and told me in croocked English that my reservation was cancelled and they could provide me with a completely different car with a manual transmission. The person who called spoke to me in a very rude manner and was rude, constantly interrupting me and not letting me say anything. Then he simply cursed me with the most humiliating words and hung up! How do you like this approach? It's just a disgrace! This is the first time I've encountered such inadequate behavior towards a client! Bravo, Spain!
0 stars, scammers, rude. Had a booking cancelled within 24 hours of the start date due to conditions out of their hands which I accept. This being said I was told they had nothing to offer me in return, sorry and they would email me the cancellation and refund me immediately. This however has not been the case, almost a month later and still no email and still no refund. I have called several times a day and probably get through one in 10 times maximum to be greeted by someone saying oh yes sorry we will send the money today or tomorrow. Still yet to happen and my most recent interaction involved being shouted at and called a liar as I would have been offered an alternative car which i categorically was not or I would have taken it. I have also tried sending emails through their link on the website and I haven’t received a single response or acknowledgement of my message. All in all, it’s a scam and the company should be closed down
SCAMMERS when they give you the car they ask for 122 euros in advance for gas which they don't give back and should absolutely be avoided
Please don’t rent it, you'll regret it. I rented a car at the end of May, the price is ok, I delivered the car clean, they inspected it and said it was ok and they would return the deposit they blocked for fuel, I've been waiting for 3 months and they haven't returned it, I send an email and they don't respond. Don't rent from this company, If you rent you will lose money.
I reserved a car from mallorcar because of the good and competitive price, including full insurance and additional discount for suv models, only after that I read the comments about the company on the Internet and was sincerely worried. I contacted the contact numbers given, and spoke to a gentleman who explained in detail what their policy was for paying a fuel deposit. At first I was surprised because I hadn't come across this requirement on their website, but the truth is that I usually look for a car rental without a deposit and excess, but we have always left a deposit specifically for the fuel. So I agreed to that. It was a surprise to me that I had to pay for the airport parking, but it actually happened that even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours, we only paid 10 euros for parking. Considering that the price for the car was pretty good, that 10 euros seemed reasonable to me. The employee from the company sent us a video and we very quickly found the car, late in the evening at the unknown airport. The car was clean and in excellent condition. The next day we decided that we wanted to extend the period in which we use the car for another day, I wrote to the employee of the company on whatsapp and he immediately sent me the extension of the contract and the insurance, the price seemed even low. On the last day, the employee came to pick up the car from the hotel we were staying at, and we agreed on the exact time beforehand. I am very happy with the service of mallorcar and glad that nothing written as a comment on the internet was true. We had a wonderful holiday in Mallorca with the services of Mallorcar and will recommend the company to all friends in Bulgaria.
Scam. I booked at the last minute and in hindsight too good a price to be true. Arrived and the first part of the scam is the price paid was full to empty and the prepay cost was equivalent to 2 full tanks of fuel. So basically paid 122euro for 9litres of fuel at 1.7euro. The alternative was to upgrade rental for twice the price, then you only pay the fuel you use. But the second worse part is they took the full 1150euro deposit dispite the car being returned exactly the same condition as rented... it was dusty outside on collection. Apart from that immaculate. Apart from that they park the car in public parking. Took us 2hrs to collect the car and you drop it with noone there and leave the keys in the car. The staff were also unpleasant.
Not easy to find the place at the airport ! Staff is rude ! Will not rent again
EstafadoresI hope one day Spanish police or customer care will close this "business". It's unbelievable how infamous JL cheats on people for years. Claim any refunds with your credit card provider, it works. Just don't let him earn.
Don't rent from this company! I don't know why the police don't do nothing about this situation. It's a shame because Spain in general and all his people are very very nice. They charge money and after the rental they will not return it. FRAUDE!
This company is a joke that treats badly their customers. They charged us an extra fee that they mentioned appears in RED CAPITALS when reserving the car. This message was not, and continues to not be presented to me when I try to reserve a car and is nowhere seen on our contract. When questioned about proof of the fee the customer support asked me to stop making them WASTE THEIR TIME. A joke!
This is unreliable company. They are not precise. The car was damaged in more parts, and the car was dirty. The car did not have windscreenwiper. The company deducted our money from my account for deposit, but unreasonably. The company lies continously. Never ever!
We rented two cars in July 2023 for 14 days. We have still not received the deposit (2*1150 euro). We have been calling and writing emails every day, but no response. Dont ever choose this company!!!
Very bad experience with Mallorcar car rent company in Palma de Mallorca. They did not return the paid deposit of 1100 euros. Managed to recover money only with the help of a debt collection company. I don't recommend it. Avoid this company if you want to have good memories after your vacation

Good day,Mallorcar are scammers and even two months after returning from holiday they did not return the refundable deposit of 1150 euros.
UGLY never use their service again, they look cheap but the service is very bad, they havent returned my deposit up to 1150 euros for the past 5 weeks they say in writting that they have but nothing is received, fuel scam at the airport you pay for a full tank ridicoulous money for a Fiat 500. Please do not book with them and have a great and happy holiday
Great service! Hired out a mustang cabrio on the premium package and got it delivered and picked up to and from my hotel! I needed the date of the car hire to be changed to a different date for a birthday and they were very accommodating! Easy process as a first time car hirer in Europe. Would use again!
Be advised! do not use Mallorcar!We rented a Jeep Wrangler from Mallorcar for 9 days for the amount of 1630 Euro which we paid by creditcard up front. Because of Covid19 we took all Risk insurance and COVID insurance in case we could not travel to Mallorca. After our plane landed on the Airport “Palma de Mallorca” i received a Whatsapp message from Jose Luis that we had to meet him at Bar OASIS level 0 to pick up the white Wrangler. I was really surprised that Mr Jose Luis demanded an amount of 156 Euro’s for the fuel. That was not agreed when we booked and paid the car !Mr Jose Luis claimed that the Wrangler contained about 110 liters of fuel, I had to laugh because as a car fanatic I know this car only hold 82 Liters of fuel. Mr Jose Luis said that it was common on Mallorca and that all the rental companies asked for a full tank of fuel. I asked him if was the owner of the company, he confirmed he was the owner saying he had 600 cars driving. We did not trust it and asked for a ID, business card so we could take a picture of the ID. Mr Jose Luis started to get angry and show his ID. On the invoice it stated that we had tot pay an extra 156 Euro, we demanded that he added “DEPOSIT” to the invoice to make sure that we get the money back ! We took a picture of his ID and the contract he kept, our copy of the contract did not hold the additional “DEPOSIT”When we received the car and drove of we noticed we still had to pay the parking ticket which was in the car and costed us another 17 Euro.Mr Jose Luis gave as instructions for the return of the car. We had to park it in the normal carpark on the airport and leave the keys in the glove compartment. There would be no person to accept the car ! When we parked the car Mr Jose Luis showed up with another person in a old VW Passat. He said he specially made it to give me back the deposit. He took my credit card again and transferred the 156 Euro.After he transferred the 156 Euro he took a moment to tell us what ridicules customers we are. In 20 years’ time he had never, never, never, never met someone who would ask for his ID and that all his customers have received the deposit. We tried to argue with Jose but he kept shouting and he did not give us a chance to tell him we never have experienced this in all the years we travel and rent our favorite Wrangler. Before I took my flight home I promised myself to share this story with the world !The extra amount for the fuel is a scam ! If we had not asked him to add “DEPOSIT” to the contract and take a picture of his version of the contract we would have lost the 156 EURO. If you rent a car and pick it up with all a full tank of fuel you also return it full. The 156 EURO for the full tank of overpriced fuel is meant to return it empty, it does not mention that on the contract and nobody would risk a breakdown because of an empty fuel tank and miss the flight home and pay for another day for the car rental.Be advised and enjoy Mallorca using another rental company
