The pans might be good

The pans might be good, wouldn’t know because the courier service is horrendous. Still waiting for redelivery after 3 failed attempts to an office address which is manned all day.

Made in has no integrity or idea of customer service

We own five Made-In pans, including a 10-inch non-stick frying pan bought three years ago. To our surprise, the frying pan started delaminating. Not just chipping but peeling right down to the metal beneath. I contacted the company, told them we are loyal customers (and wanted the pan replaced), and instead were told they’d give us all of $25 toward another pan. We were shocked. This has made us question the integrity of the rest of what we own. They have lost a customer – one that would tell potential buyers “beware of this company.”

I bought a maid in carbon steel pan for…

I bought a made in carbon steel pan for a present. No matter how many times we seasoned it everything stuck! I contacted their customer service and they were horrible. I would highly recommend nobody ever ever ever buy this product. They are a horrible company and do not stand behind their product.

Excellent stainless steel and carbon steel cookware. Terrible customer service.

My first purchase, a carbon steel wok, was serveral years ago. Excellent wok. For Christmas I purchased a set of stainless steel cookware for my son-in-law in South Carolina which he loves using. A week ago, I purchased a stovetop grill and accessories for him. And that's when things went south. Having spent more than $1,300 since Christmas, I expected better. When I received my notice of shipping for the more recent purchase, I immediately saw it was to be shipped here rather than South Carolina. I immediately call Made In; they weren't answering phone calls to customer service. I emailed customer serve and received this response: From: Made In CookwareTo: (me)Wed, Feb 11 at 11:44 AMThank you for contacting Made In Cookware! We have received your message and a service team member will be in contact as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."What followed was my reply: "Predictably, no one contacted me about my order #2118129.Predictably, after emailing and calling, nothing was done to correct the wrong delivery address on the package.Predictably, Amazon delivered it to me in Springfiled (tracking #TBA328456873568, IL rather than to my son-in-law in Fort Mill, SC.Predictably, the package was damaged, and I must re-package it.Predictably, after spending more than $1,300 on Made In Products since December, I've received terrible customer service.Predictably, I must now ship it at my expense to the correct South Carolina address via Fed Ex.(I estimate the cost to be around $50. I'll learn the exact amount tomorrow).Predictably, as a consequence of my experience, I will no longer purchase cookware from Made In.Predictably, you don't give a damn.signed ...

I purchased the 13" carbon wok and am embarrassed that I wasted 146$. It is absolute junk. Save yourself from wasting money. I should have followed my gut on seeing the tv ads with some pompous jerk acting like his product was a gift from god and only the finest restaurants use it. BS.

Don't fall for the website's 5-star hype!

These pans are a complete waste of money. I cooked on medium to low heat; they stick terribly after the third time using them. Slather in olive oil, it's like you're cooking on blacktop. They look terrible and don't work. Regardless of their longevity, the price point is way off, too, considering the weight and look of these pans (even in pristine condition).

Warranty not consistently honored, quality is spotty

I purchased a non stick pan over a year ago it started chipping almost immediately. I purchased a Tom Collichio collab carbon steel pan last February. I only used it once but it seems fine. Early December I was in need of a full household set up and they had a great black Friday sale so I dropped about 2500.00 on kitchen items including an Italian made knife set. I started using it last week and noticed a burr on the tip of the paring knife. I emailed customer service, they asked me to send a photo which i did along with a video showing how the tip caught on things. Customer service responded with a bunch of links on how to sharpen knives. I replied with a screenshot of a recent review less than a week before where the same issue occurred and they were sent a new knife and free shipping of the return of the damaged knife. Customer service responded to that with "we will credit you 20 dollars to get it professionally sharpened." There is no 45 day guarantee or a life time warranty that is honored. Buyer beware, they are all steak and no sizzle. *edited to remove a star.

Do not trust this company’s products or customer service

I had to return two Ceramiclad frying pans as the coating on both chipped after just one use. Clearly not fit for purpose. The company has acknowledged the items were faulty and accepted the return, yet I am still waiting for my refund and customer services have stopped responding. The heavy use of endorsement videos (fake?) does not reflect the actual quality of the product. I regret buying from this company and would not recommend them.

In your face contempt

The cookware is good. Two stars for them sending me text messages every day with no options to unsubscribe. That is very in-your-face contempt! No more Made In products for us. Their competition will be our future providers of cookware.

Coating started flaking right away

We bought a Made In pan because we wanted a safe material for non-stick and they offer a lifetime warranty. We've had it less than six months. We love the even heating of the pan. Almost the first day we had it the coating started chipping off. We are awaiting a pan from a different company to replace this one, because we are concerned about ingesting the coating as it flakes off, even around the rivets. We are sorry to report that it did not perform as expected. I have a photo, but don't see a way to post it.

We are so happy with our MadeIn…

We are so happy with our MadeIn cookware that we’ve replaced all of the rest, and are now setting the kids up with MadeIn. The quality is top shelf, and if it’s not customer service is amazing. The pans heat evenly, oil or butter will skim the whole pan rather than puddling. Water boils faster, foods cook fabulously well. We have yet to burn anything, even when distracted. MadeIn cookware has taken our fabulous dinners to gourmet restaurant write home about quality. So happy with MadeIn, we tell all of our guests and friends about them. Very satisfied, and the kids are just thrilled!

Frying pan started peeling 12 months…

Frying pan started peeling 12 months after purchase they would do nothing. Also they are getting class action lawsuit for lying about use of PTFE. Beware. Also how do you have 5000 5 star reviews when there is no way for me to even leave a review on there site lol. Crazy

New cookware, so far so good!

We ordered some made in cookware as a gift to ourselves for Black Friday/Christmas. The package took a little while to arrive, but we are very excited to have the product now and get accustomed to cooking in stainless steel. The quality of the product seems nice and we expect them to be very long lasting. So far so good and would recommend

I have been a customer for a long time, No more!…

I have been a customer for a long time but this company has really gone down the hill. I would call it a scam company now. Placed my order on the 23th of November and never received it. Called their number, they are too busy so they ask you to send an email. I have sent 6 emails over the last couple of weeks, no answer. My order has a tracking number but has never been picked up by USPS. I can't reach anybody! They did collect my money right away, before it was shipped! I can't even communicate with anybody in that darn company!! Going to have to go through my bank to block the charges! Such a hassle. It used to be a good company. They have lost a good customer!

These carbon steel pans are top quality, love 'em!

These pans are top quality. I bought two of the MadeIn carbon steel frying pans, definitely seduced by the quality photos of chefs using them. I wanted something of quality, that would be non stick (but last) and also pans that weren't toxic in any way. I've been using the smallest one for a few weeks now and they really are great pans. My omelettes are now top notch, the seasoned pans are actually really non stick once you get used to how to look after the pan. These carbon steel pans are a thing of beauty. Goodbye non stick pans, hello carbon steel 'chef-quality' style!

They can not be reached in any form for the product you bought

They do not take phone calls. You can not message them. The only way to get through to them for help is an email. I have sent four emails with no response. I bought a stainless steel cooking pan and needed help because something had gone wrong when trying to use it for the 1st time and unless I can get their help, I can not use it. For this reason alone I do not recommend you buy anything from them.

Horrible customer service-stay away!

I ordered a 40 piece flatware set and a 20 piece flatware set for a total of $458. The utensils were too large for my liking and I sent them back unused and in original packaging. I was only refunded $300. I’ve tried calling multiple times and their phone lines are turned off. They direct you to email. I have emailed 4 times with no response, I’m not sure what else to try but I’d like to get the rest of my money back. Horrible customer service.

Diabolical customer service

Diabolical customer service. I have been waiting for over three weeks for a refund and despite chasing several times, i have yet to receive an acknowledgment of my return or confirmation of my refund. “Ralph” in the customer service has been my main contact and he appears to have absolutely no clue. Per my last email, i will be raising a dispute with my credit card company, to get my refund, because it is apparent this company has no regard for consumer rights
