After sales service is poor
After sales service is poor. A fault appeared that should have been warranty. They completely dismissed my claim as I had after market work done on the vehicle. They made a subjective decision and had no interest in trying to work through the issue with me. The sales person quoted $3300 fitted for a new canopy for my new Ute, but this became $3500 after the sale had finalised. No attempt to reconcile the difference or satisfy me in any way.If you like coming up against a brick wall, deal with this business.
