Ordered some vitamins and a bottle of elderberry syrup from LuckyVitamin. Took them over a week to ship, and when it finally came, the syrup had leaked all over everything. Emailed customer service and got no reply. Not ordering from them again.
No more LuckyVitamin. Always out of stock. Extremely long deliveries that kept getting pushed out. Had to cancel and went back to Amazon.
Fraudulent company. Placed an order. Didn't arrive. No refund offered. Avoid at all costs. Sam Wolf is a conman.
Lucky Vitamin is no more. Apparent takeover by some new vendor who has discontinued international shipping. That was the attraction and advantage in addition to the very good products. I ordered from US for friends abroad. Disappointing.
Omg thank God there's this rewire to cheak. At least l am save now with not ordering my needs lol.
I am an expat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Last February 2023 I ordered some supplements door-to-door from Lucky Vitamins. I got a tracking No. which never worked. After 2 months I wrote to them and was surprised to hear that the shipment arrived in Riyadh on 1st March, the courier slept on it, then sent it back to the US. I was never notified, and would still be waiting had i not contacted them. They said they will refund me, less 25% for "restocking fee", in spite of the whole fiasco being the courier's mistake and me having wasted 2 months waiting and then emailing their Customer Service. I am still waiting for my refund. I would never recommend this Company to anyone.
They used to deliver outside of US, now, they became part of fruitfulyield and they don’t ship internationally anymore.
DON'T ORDER HERE. IT'S A FRAUD SCHEME. I'VE ORDERED FROM THE NETHERLANDS. PUT MY ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING IN FINE; I ORDER OFTEN I'M NO NOOB IN ORDERING. THEY SEND THE PACKAGE, BUT YOU DON'T GET A NOTIFICATION WHERE YOU CAN PICK IT UP. AFTER A FEW DAYS IT IS RETURNED. THEY DON'T SEND THE PACKAGE AGAIN BUT GIVE YOU A REFUND. THIS REFUND IS MINUS 25% 'RESTOCK FEE', AS THEY CALL IT. I SUSPECT THEY MAKE MORE MONEY ON THIS RESTOCK FEE THAN ON ACTUALLY SELLING THE ITEMS. THIS IS A FRAUD SCHEME. THEY MAKE SURE YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE PACKAGE ON PURPOSE.
I ordered a few bottles of Life Extension Milk Thistle end of Feb. 2023. The payment was charged to my credit card on March 2, 2023. But As of now (3/10) I have not received order confirmation nor any shipping notice. The worst is I could not log into my Lucky Vitamin account to trace my order anymore. Please advise me what is going on with my order.
My order never arrived. It was promised to be delivered in less than 2 weeks. It's been 40 days now. When I contacted them, the agent said there is no estimation of when the shipment arrives and their policy offers NO REFUND or any compensation even the shipment never arrived. They are irresponsible. That was rude.

LV19881061Using online chat I and a Lucky Vitamin customer service agent canceled my order because of the wrong shipping address. I checked my account and the order was canceled and no longer there. Well sometime much later this order was reopened and listed back on my Lucky Vitamin order page. Fruitful Yield bought luckyvitamin and will be closing their customers service very soon.
Don’t ever order from them!!!!!!!! I’ve been waiting for a month now and i still haven’t got any update on my order..I emailed them thousands of times and they’ve never been helpful. Every time I contact them they give me a new order number and now idk which number I should use to track my order!!!!!! And when i ask for refund they stupidly say “your order has shipped ” when i know god damn well that the order is rotten in their warehouse. I need my money back asap and please don’t fool around anymore I’m done with this bad website

I described everything in 2 comments-reviews. Apart from the polite phrase: "We are sorry to hear that you have not had a great shopping experience" - I did not receive any additional reaction or explanation from the representative of LuckyVitamin. So I ended my cooperation with LuckyVitamin and unsubscribed.
Great prices
I have enjoyed lucky vitamin for over a year now and appreciate the phone calls and emails from the nutrition consultant to give me guidance on products. They have a pretty big selection and often beat Amazon prices on what they have (with the member discount), but I was looking for lugol's iodine and they don't have a good selection for that at all. I am happy to support a smaller company and hope that their selection continues to grow.
Worst customer service I've dealt with in a while.A subscription I fully thought I canceled 6mths ago shipped on 2/1 - I received the confirmation email and immediately reached-out for a resolution (that subscription was shipping to an old address to which I no longer have access).After weeks of my logging 3 calls/chats per week to the customer service team - the whole time being assured that my concern was escalated and that the company would work with FedEx to cancel my order (or even deliver to my new address), I was told this morning there was nothing the company could do to deliver the shipment to my new address or issue me a refund...Deceiving customers about steps to be taken is never a winning strategy. I will never order from this company again.
Scammers! Months later and I still have not received my product. Do not order from this company. As I didn’t pay insurance on top of the delivery costs they will not accept responsibility for the fact that it hadn’t been delivered. They tell me take it up with courier but the courier tells me to sort it out with them. Just going round and round in circles and I'm annoyed and stressed. No item and I'm money down, literally just stolen my money and done a runner at this point.
