Loyalty Roofing is by far the best roofing company in the area. Competitive pricing, honest, reliable and professional. Ro and his team were quiet and very neat when doing the roof replacement. Laryssa at the front office was organized and always communicated with us promptly. I recommend Loyalty Roofing to all friends and family that need a roofing team.
Competitive pricing - I compared Romulo's estimates with several other. Not all roofing companies do gutters. He was the only one to explain me that since I want soffit, fascia and trim to be replaced, he will install soffit vents, so he can remove existing vent pipes. Proper ventilation will occur because of the new ridge vents and soffit vents. Fixed chimney, installed chimney cap. Work done when promised, with all the options we wanted. The new roof, gutters, soffits look great. All communication was through email. Documents signed electronically.
