Can there be anyone better than LTC?
London Town Cars (LTC) has in my opinion taken several initiatives to stay at the forefront of limousine technology and professional service management practices. While we support LTC in their constant strive for the best service rendered to their clients we also strive to be like them.

From the friendly and professional agents to the efficiency of the dispatchers and the chauffeur. It's amazing service and I've done business with lots of different services and London town cars is one of the best.

Amazing Service. Always one step ahead
Cannot choose a better company. They are always one step ahead. They know if your flight lands at a different terminal. They know the best drop off gate at the airport. They know the best short cut if there is traffic. They are always early to pick you up. Their drivers are incredibly professional and completely trustworthy who are serious, full time employees and take their jobs to heart. When the weather is bad and other companies can't guarantee a driver, London Town Cars shows up. They are there for you. In an emergency, I called them from the airport because I had forgotten my computer on a business trip. Within minutes, they sent a driver to my apartment, picked up my computer and rushed it to me. No other Car Service company matches them. They have amazing service and are always one step ahead.

We've been using London Towncars for years for business, and they're the best. Cars always arrive early, the drivers handle all manner of special requests with ease and good cheer, and the reservationists are as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as can be. They're especially good for trips to the airport since they keep track of your flight and know about delays or early arrivals before even you do...

Ivan is the Best.
Ivan Colon and London Towncars far exceeded our expectations in terms of service and reliability. We used them for our daughter's recent Wedding in New York (May/14) and were invaluable to us. Many of our guests specifically remarked about and complimented Ivan Colon who was on site to ensure everything went smoothly and on-time. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them again.
