I have been using a home INR monitoring…

I have been using a home INR monitoring system since 2016. Things went well initially but lately they are unreachable and very unhelpful. I have not received a paper statement in over a year. There are discrepancies between payments that have been made but do not show up on their patient portal online. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Lastly, as I write this negative review, I have been on hold on the phone for 35 minutes.

Long customer service wait for English-deficient service

I made a payment, it didn't show up in billing, and I called customer service. After 2 HOURS and 15 MINUTES on hold, I finally got a person. I explained, first the payment not showing up; ok, I understand billing delays. But there was another charge showing up on personapay.com whose provenance I didn't know. The service person didn't see it either, but her command of English wasn't good enough to get the point across so I gave up. It is ironic that I had to listen to an online spiel, repeated every couple of minutes, stating that they VALUE MY TIME, for over 2 HOURS.

I would not recommend this company for…

I would not recommend this company for any health care needs. Although the staff who performs the care is nice and professional. Their billing office is not! Their billing office expected my father, who has suffered with a stroke and cannot talk to give permission for others to act in his behalf. They refused to mail my father, a billing statement to his address, but would allow myself to pay the bill. This proves, that this company is only concerned about getting paid and are not concerned about customer care or satisfaction. I talked to 5 customer service representatives and 1 supervisor. I was told the same thing, they refused to send my father a paper statement to his address. My father who is a Korean Veteran and suffered with a stroke shouldn’t be treated with such disrespect and carelessness. If they don’t send a paper billing statement to my father’s address, they will NOT get paid.

They have a portal but it’s not…

They have a portal but it’s not consistent, same as the chat. It’s difficult to get life saving supplies and meds.U need communication for this and the portal is there to login in but u cant get everything done.please fix the portal all its functions so i can order,pay and communicate.they don’t fix their own mistakes for orders. I want to give five stars but this is really important they fix this.

This company suck.i didn't recieve…

This company suck.i didn't recieve supplies but a couple times in going on 3 years and everything i call them i get no answer with recording saying your wait is 23 min or longer.1 dept dosnt communicate with other. I finally get supplies but no bill and just got text saying I owe them but text has link to portal that I have no credential to check on. After I first paid a 1 time fee of 80 plus dollars the billed it again over a year later so I had to report unauthorized use on my credit card and get a new card in mail. These people dont know how to run a business. I dont know if its many satellite offices but it just dont work for regular people and some people nice and some rude and pass you back and forth on phone till you hang up.. good luck.im going to block them. It says Livingston TX but caller ID says Florida and some other state. Same game windstream internet plays with you.

It has been five years since we stopped USING THEM & STILL THEY CALL EVERYDAY

It has been five years since we stopped using Lincare due to their terrible service, wrong orders and incessant marketing calls at all hours. You have to wonder about a company that when you call the first option is for Wrong Orders. We have tried over the years to get them to stop calling us but none of the people calling have any power to make the calls stop, calling their offices, regional managers also don't work. They call with no number showing, leave a VM that cannot be blocked. Five years, everyday. They are a corrupt company cheating the Medicare system and unresponsive to any complaints. DO NOT USE THEM REGARDLESS OF HOW GOOD THE LOCAL SUPPLIER REPRESENTING THEM IS. THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO INTERVENE.

They didn't bring needed supplies

They didn't bring needed supplies. They said they were going to and then would not. Over and over. And in the years Mom had service they didn't service the equipment hardly ever.And after I called them and told them they needed to come get their concentrator, they had the nerve a few days later to call my very sick mother on her cell phone and question her. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I hope they go out of business.

I was given a 450 dollar bill with no…

I was given a 450 dollar bill with no explanation as to why. I disregarded it as it seemed fraudulent as my patient portal was not updated. Nobody reached out, nobody emailed or called, and my balanced remained paid. A few months later I got a letter from a DEBT COLLECTOR looking for money I didn't know I owed. What kind of company operates like this??!?!?

They never sent me a bill and 2 years…

They never sent me a bill and 2 years later turned me over to a collection agency, filed it on my credit report. I got stuck in an endless phone loop over and over again each time I called. I've been hung up on after waiting 45 min too. Turns out they had put me on paperless billing and never told me. I fought it but in the end I owed $900, which was quite a shocker. Then I got another bill, after putting this on my credit car, for $121 and I can't get a hold of a person to talk to because they billed the wrong insurance company. Again, the phone loop and hang ups. They are beyond incompetent and I will never do business with them again.

I will not use Lincare again

I returned my complete order in 7/2025 because I changed to a different company. I have had constant billing issues with Lincare. I received an invoice in 10/2025 for that order, so I called and spoke to a manager who assured me she would take care of the charge and I would not get another bill. I received yet another bill today, 12/1/25 which said they would take me to collections if I did not pay. I called billing, held for 25 minutes, spoke to a rep who promptly hung up on me. The billing unit for this company is horrible, and you cannot get them on the phone. This is why I will not do business with Lincare.

Lincare threatening to send me to collections for equipment hand delivered to local store back in January 2025. Was on hold forever so I used chat. Got shut down twice and had to start new chats.

Lincare Mis-Bills Me & Medicare

Lincare has been mis-billing me and Medicare for a long time for equipment which they don't provide. Dispite many hours spent with them on the phone to get this corrected, they never follow thru with their promises. In my opinion this is a dishonest company and likely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Avoid this company.

They have billed my aunt who lives with…

They have billed my aunt who lives with me for some oxygen supplies from 2023. Never once did we get a bill until now. Have called multiple times even called with the lady from medicare they never return phone calls and dont want to listen to u. Im not going to ley some company charge her for supplies from 2 years ago not her mistake its lin care mistake. Would never recomend them to anyone else.

Unauthorized use of my credit card to…

Unauthorized use of my credit card to bill me. Had to call my bank and report Fraud. My card had to be cancelled. Also called Medicare and reported the same. Called Lincare to get a copy of the "paperwork you signed to authorized use of your credit card" and got double talk and no answer. The are still in a 5 year probation for Medicare Fraud to the tune of $29M. Look up Lincare Holdings.

Tried to return small order for items

Tried to return small order for items, not what I wanted. I recd an approval to return label and promptly returned items. Never heard back except for monthly statements saying I owed on the returned items. After multiple calls asking for credit for many months I was eventually told that returned items were recd but the return was 60 days past order point. Totally terrible customer service throughout. I will never use them again. They kept returned items, issued no credit and lost a client forever over $23.

Incompetent

From August to December 2023, my son was on a hypoallergenic formula prescribed by his doctor, which Lincare provided. In May 2024, our healthcare insurer decided this formula was not covered under our policy, so I paid the $1,600 bill from Lincare. Shortly after, at the end of May, our insurer reversed their decision and paid Lincare as well.Since then, I have been trying to get Lincare to issue me a refund, as they have been paid by both myself and my insurer. I've spent over 20 hours on the phone with Lincare, either speaking to someone or waiting on hold for their billing department. The last time I spoke to their billing department was on December 3rd, when Cindy reiterated I am due a full refund and the check was issued on December 2nd. She said it should arrive within two weeks, but I have yet to receive it.Since December 16th, I have called Lincare five times, spending over five hours on hold without getting through to their billing department. I even visited a local Lincare location, but they only gave me the same number I've been calling since May.It's been seven months since Lincare received my payment and agreed to issue a refund, yet I still haven't received it. I would give 0 stars if possible as this level of incompetency on a matter so simple is astonishing. Also, the fact that there is no other way to get in contact with them other than their phone tree, which just leaves me on hold indefinitely, shows how behind the times this company is.------------------Update:I called Lincare's "we care" department which they only list in response to reviews on other sites. The lady who picked up took my information then transferred me to a customer pay department.The gentleman there told me I need to speak to the billing department and gave me the number I've been calling for the last 7 months with no success. When I told him this, he gave me the "we care" number, which is who transferred me to him... When I told him this, he let me know there were no other routes for me to take...------------------Update:I called the "we care" number again and got in touch with Josh (someone I hadn't spoke to yet). Upon gathering my information and realizing this is about billing for enteral feeding he let me know he does not have access to the account. When he gave me the same number I've been calling this whole time I let him know the situation.Josh tried a couple other numbers while I was on the line with no luck, during this time his boss reached out to him asking if he was speaking to me because they had seen this Google review. When Josh confirmed, his boss had him submit an escalation ticket to the manager of the enteral feeding billing dept along with my contact info.Josh has been by far the most helpful person at Lincare thus far, hopefully the billing manager is equally as helpful.

These people just dont get it

These people just dont get it. They never deliver on time and just talk in circles The left hand says onething and the right just plain goes out of their way to s rew it up. Will be leaving this company that has a better rep. I suggest you do the same. PS. They told me it was my right to choose another provider snarkly. Thats the lasy straw. Like i needed their permission.

They kept charging my Medicare Provider…

They kept charging my Medicare Provider and my debit card for 5 months after the expiration date of the contract. Ever time I called it was" oh, that's the last payment." I filed a Medicare fraud case against them. Within a week they called and got it handled . Guess that got their attention.
