Small store charm; big store selections!!!
So . . . I received a delivery. The package was missing an item. I called customer service and discovered that I had failed to properly "ingest" the contents of the shipping confirmation email, for had I do so, I would have discovered that the three (3) items I ordered were being sent in two (2) separate packages. Well, everything happens for a reason, right? Or, otherwise stated, something good can come from something bad! The Levenger customer service representative, JOE, was super helpful, professional, patient, and knowledgable. He had a very calm and calming voice, to boot (super trait for a CS rep to have). Besides being given all of the information I needed, Joe also explained that Levenger is a small company, which I think is great in a world overrun by mega companies. If other or all employees are trained as well as Joe, this small store risks becoming a big store, simply because of the incredible products they sell and the incomparable support they provide after the sale. Extremely slow shipping, only recieved partial order. Requested a refund and only recieved a partial refund for the item that didn't ship as if their failure to keep proper inventory was my fault. I won't do business with this company again.

Wall Street File Folder. This item is warped and bowed. I talked with customer service about it. I was told to take pictures and send to customer service and was provided the address to send it to. I was told a replacement file folder would be sent. I did this and have not heard a word. Not only is the product defective, but the customer service is inadequate and ineffective.

Thoughtfully packaged, high-quality journal
It was a pleasant surprise to open my delivery box and find a pretty box inside. When I opened it, my 5 year journal was nicely wrapped in tissue paper. It was very thoughtfully packaged and it would definitely make a nice gift. The journal has nice weight to it and the pages are good quality.

Well, I was first put off by the fact that the item I ordered in early/mid Dec and just receiving it. After receiving my briefcase, I found it much larger than the cards it carries. What I'm expecting is my cards to come out of it's front pocket.
