Easy to order and to reorder
Easy to order and to reorder. I like that there is a rebate, but don't like that you have to mail in paperwork for it, or that it is in the form of a visa card. Those things stink to use.

Prices good, but offset by service fee
Service fees are very high. I love on a tax fee state, but still had to pay 63 dollars in service fees. Prices were still fairly competitive even with the service fee.
