2 weeks no response to my important Support Questions. They decline my Affiliates who wanna promote my Products (wtf?). They post everyday serveral times on x.com but never answer your Supportquestions. They have serveral sensible technically issue on their Platform with taxation and so on and so on. Was a huge Mistake to go for lemonsqueezy, seriously avoid that company and Product.
I applied to sell a web-based calculator. A calculator. The most harmless digital product conceivable — the kind of tool that ships pre-installed on every phone and computer on the planet. A product accepted without question by every legitimate payment processor and merchant platform I approached.Lemon Squeezy rejected it.The problems started before they even got to the rejection. The application process itself was clunky, frustrating, and riddled with issues — a fitting preview of how the rest of the experience would go. For a company that sells itself on simplicity and developer friendliness, their own onboarding process was an embarrassment.Not only did they reject it, they wouldn't tell me why. During the entire application process, communication was virtually nonexistent — unprofessional to the point of being insulting. They demanded personal information including a license, sat on it, and then delivered a rejection so vague it bordered on parody. "Totality of data." "Guided by regulations." Not one specific reason. Not one actionable word. Just corporate gibberish designed to end a conversation they never had the courage to properly start.No appeal. No transparency. No basic professional courtesy.When I pushed back asking what could possibly have flagged a calculator, I was met with silence. I then had to formally demand they delete my personal data — data this company had absolutely no legitimate reason to hold onto.Reading the other reviews here it's clear this isn't incompetence. Incompetence is random. This is consistent. This is a company that wastes developers' time, collects their personal information, and hides behind meaningless boilerplate when it suits them.There are platforms run by professionals who respect the people building on them. Lemon Squeezy is not one of them. Avoid completely.

Bought a digital license, but can't register it. It says to "check my Internet connection and try again". I tried to use the contact form but it says "Error, cant do that", or something similar. All of the status sites say it's "up" with no reports?
I have bought a face yoga program which they launched as the original program from Valeriia Veksler. Which it is not!! They have misused her content, her own set-up, her face and her brand. I have told Valeriia Veksler's' secretary about this. It seems as if it is a affilate called Pitfire and something called Stan,store that sells the face yoga program through Lemon Squuezy. None of them.are contactable. Really a scam company together with the affiliates. Stay far away from them!!

Very disappointing experience with Lemon Squeezy. I applied to sell premium Framer templates and was initially rejected. However, a team member (Kashish) reached out asking for a "re-evaluation." They specifically requested a demo video, a pricing breakdown, and a detailed business model.I spent significant time recording a video walkthrough and providing all the requested details. Immediately after sending it, I received a generic, boilerplate rejection email that was clearly an automated template. It is clear they didn't even watch the video or review the details. If your risk algorithm is going to say "no" regardless of product quality, don't waste creators' time asking for extra work. Unprofessional and discouraging for new businesses.

I moved to Lemon Squeezy because they were acquired by Stripe, expecting a reliable platform. It has been a nightmare.I have 4 active paying clients and my Lemon Squeezy dashboard clearly shows active revenue of $244.90. Despite this, I have never received a single payout.When I finally got a response from support (after waiting a full week), they claimed I have a "Negative Balance" of -$117 and refused to pay me.The math is impossible:Dashboard Revenue: $244.90Total Refunds Issued: $171.00 (One partial refund)Result: I should still have a positive balance.Instead, they are holding my funds, my Stripe Express account is empty, and they are claiming I owe them money.I contacted Stripe directly, and they investigated (Ticket sco_TuWOLld061LJ15), confirming the issue is on Lemon Squeezy's end for failing to push the funds.If you like getting paid for your work, avoid this platform. They can't do basic subtraction and will ghost you for weeks.
This was truly a bad experience with this website. They've frozen my money and refuse to release it, claiming my information is rejected. They also refuse to let me rewrite it.
Yup they will take 2+ weeks to verify your identity, and if you got customers and they pay you, lemon squeezy will hold your money

Lemon Squeezy is extremely unreliable.They request a huge amount of data, detailed explanations, websites, social links, and business information. After collecting everything, they suddenly claim they “cannot validate domain ownership” without providing any clear or actionable reason.This is unbelievable and highly unprofessional. A massive waste of time and effort.Avoid at all costs.
I regret letting my ignorance choosing this platform to Launch my business. The platform is outdated and doesn’t work properly, there are no instructions on anything and non existent support. I unfortunately moved through the step in which I added my bank account info (otherwise it doesn’t let you move forward with the creation) and I deeply regret it. Been asking for my data to be removed completely for days with no response, yet spam automated emails come daily. AVOID THIS COMPANY
Wanted to publish an e-book, with more than 10 customers waiting, but they are not verifying my identity for over 3 weeks now. Contacted support twice, never got a response. Horrible.
The worst payment provider I've encountered. Almost every month we're paid the wrong amount. Out customers are charged VAT and no VAT at random. Nobody replies to messages. I struggle to work out what they do that works.
LemonSqueezy appears to be abandoned. Critical bugs remain unfixed, and support has become completely unresponsive. I've tried everything: emails, forum posts, even reaching out to multiple employees on Twitter. No response from anyone.Since being acquired by Stripe, they've also removed their public roadmap, which isn't a good sign. At this point, I wouldn't recommend trusting LemonSqueezy for any new projects. I deeply regret it...
Very bad tools do not recommend, bugs etc.
It's a complete scam. No support from their customer service. I emailed them multiple times, but no replies. If you get stuck anywhere, you will lose everything as long as there is no one to solve your problem.
