Be careful if you are ordering products in America and are unsure of them as they do not refund the duties collected. If you're like me an you often order multiple sizes to try this can cost a lot of money! I would of expected this to be explained somewhere during the order or returns process but it is not.

Refund? Forget it
I bought a pair of padded leggings - when they arrived I wasn't 100% happy with them - the pad felt too floppy and didn't hold in place when I tried them on - so I decided to return them. Today I got an email from customer services that they received my item but won't be able to issue a refund because the item HAS BEEN WORN AND WASHED. Are you actually joking? These were literally sent back in original condition with tags still on - the only thing that wasn't there was the original polybag which I threw away immediately after opening the parcel. I will never be purchasing from Le Col ever again.

Return policy
I understand that sending back a parcel comes at a cost but if I only want to change the size of the items I am returning, I would have expected an option to do so. Now I am returning for €11 and still face the risk that the items do not fit. I will rethink my shopping with you.

Shocking returns process
Really bad first time experience with Le Col. I ordered some Hors Cat bib tights in Medium. I wear M in Rapha, Assos, Castelli. They were much larger in comparison I also felt that the material was not overly compressive. After emailing CS - who were helpful tbh, they recommended a size XS in the Hors or Small in the pro version with more compression. I opted for the Pro version. I returned the tights (at own expense) and looked forward to my replacement. 2 WEEKS later! I got an email saying that they had no stock of the Pro tights and offered me the bottom range sport tights.I really think that this company need to look at it’s return policy (and possibly its sizing). They may be good quality clothing, I will not be finding out. If you are thinking of ordering make sure you know your exact size!

First time shopping with le col and…
First time shopping with le col and will be my last. As others have stated, quick to take your money, slow to despatch and deliver. Sizing chart is ridiculous which meant I had to pay for an expensive return. No acknowledgment when they receive the return, waited a week for refund before contacting them and was then told this would take 15 business days!!The hors categories clothing is of reasonable quality but not worth the price IMO. Normally go for Castelli which is better value, anyway lesson learned.I think they need to do much better on despatch, returns, sizing and customer service.*update- Have been informed that refund will be 20 business days! Add in weekends and that’s practically a whole month 😏

Nearly 14 days and still no refund. I agree that the clothing is good, but the customer service sucks and the refund process is appalling. Will put in a fraudulent claim on my CC if I don't receive it soon. They don't even respond to poor reviews on here which says a lot!

Despite many times seeing that delivery time is poor previously , i am once again experiencing this myself, They still use EVRI (Hermes) to send stuff .. diabolical delivery service and because of this I will be buying from other brands in future .. just hopeless 😩 NB I have spent in excess of £4k with this business so have plenty of occasions on which to base this review .. great product but the delivery lets it down time and time again .. on this occasion my goods were for to be delivered on the eve of the 29th , EVRI h a e now moved it to Monday ? Why ? No idea ? A very forgettable experience !! For all the wrong reasons !!!

Terrible experience on the first order
I placed my first-ever order with Le Col during Black Friday on November 30th. When I received the items, I realised the sizing was incorrect and returned them the very next day (early/mid-December). Shortly after, I placed a new order with the correct size.It is now the end of January and I still have not received my replacement order.I contacted customer support multiple times, including requesting some form of compensation for the long delay, and they completely ignored that part of my message. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating.This has been a terrible experience for a first order. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from Le Col again.

Love the product... - DPD delivery is shockingly bad - can't find my house on a small London Street.Just not buying LeCol anymore as I can't wait two days for a delivery only for their service to return it to Depot both times - I can see my doorway and I have an alternate, secure delivery place noted - still no knock, no ring, nada - except a message to say 'missed you again' zzzzzzzzzzzz - Back to Siroko or Rapha

Poor Returns Service
Ordered bib tights same size as my Lecol Bib shorts I currently have, to find the Size L bib tights are much smaller than Size L Bib shorts. So they were returned at my cost for exchange for Size XL, they were tracked as delivered on 19-01-26However Lecols return portal is saying they are still in transit on the 22-01-26I still don’t know after a week if they are able to exchange them. They have had the returned item 4 days and have still not started to process or acknowledge the return. If I new wether an exchange isavailable, then I would know if I will have to source an alternative.Poor service considering the cost of return is paid by the customer. Unlike Rapha who provide Free Returns and better service.

Poor returns
After returning an item that didn’t fit, I chased up the refund after a couple of weeks to be told that “reimbursements can take up to 20 working days from when the return is delivered back”. A month to get your money back? That’s a hard no. The sizing wasn’t good, I’d followed the advice on the site as to what size I needed, but the item was a poor fit. Where items can’t actually be tried on, and so returns inevitably have to happen, to be left out of pocket for 20 working days isn’t acceptable.

Absolutely outstanding rain jacket
Absolutely outstanding rain jacket. The ARC Lightweight Rain Jacket from Le Col is impressively light, to the point where you almost forget you’re wearing it, yet it performs exactly as promised. I took it out for its first proper test on a rainy London ride, and it passed the test.Despite steady rain, I stayed completely dry, and the jacket never felt clammy or restrictive. Love it. Hopeless customer service/returns policy
Base layer jersey grossly undersized but because I've put it on they won't change it. The problem is that you need to put it on in order to establish whether or not it fits. Oh, and they bombard you with e-mail.
