Nothing but great experiences from LaSara. My vial of test-c was about to expire. I called the office—zero questions asked and had a new vial at my doorstep within two days. The staff are legit phenomenal. They ensure my bloodwork is on schedule every eight weeks, followed up with a conference call with a doctor. The doctors listened to my concerns and adjust medication to my desire/pending bloodwork results. Lastly, I missed a call from Richard Johnson today. I called back 15 minutes later, and he picked up the phone. His voice tone and excitement to talk to me is the epitome of the professionalism LaSara provides. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this side of men’s health. It’s seamless, easy, and convenient. Richard, keep being you, brother! I also want to give a great shout out to Alex, who was my original POC. You gents are a class act. Lastly, a big shout out to the best Sergeant Major, the TRTSGM for his natural born leadership to bring me to LaSara. Rah, SGM!

I was hesitant at first about the treatment at LaSara because of the price, and wondered how effective it would be. I tried at-home alternatives, which did not perform as I had hoped. After comparing prices for the treatment at other offices offering the same service and watching videos of people who have received the same treatment, I decided to go with LaSara. Fernando has been providing the treatment and has been nothing but courteous, professional, responsive to my questions and concerns, and has worked with me on scheduling and payment. Any question or concern I have whether it be about medication, billing, shipping and anything in between - she always takes the time to take my call or answer my texts.
