Very impressed with the service and the way my tree removal was carried out. Max very easy to deal with. All work carried out and garden cleared as agreed for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use again in the future.

I found Landscaping In Kent on Gumtree, they came out and gave me a free quote and they were very nice, polite and honest people. The quote they gave me was very good, so I booked them in there and then. They came out and re-turfed my garden and carried out some general maintenance, they also cleared up after themselves and were tidy. They also trimmed a few of my Bushes which were a little overgrown free of charge. I would highly recommend Landscaping In Kent, and will defiantly be using them again in the near future. Started as quick and professional quote for the job with a nice looking website and good reviews on MyBuilders.com. After 3 or 4 emails we've agreed on the scope of works for the cleaning and revamping of the pond, price and timing. After that the professionalism ended. Guys came late on the first day, no equipment, no pumps to pump out the water, no hoses but with a wheelbarrow and a karcher (?). Spend couple hours pulling few plants out, dug a small (30cm) hole and cleaned a bit of duck weed. Luckily I had a pump which they setup and started waiting for the pond to empty. After couple hours waiting for the pump to do its job (4 hours overall in the first day) decided to finish for the day and asked for 50% of the price agreed for the whole job promising to come in 5 days time to finish it. Agreed on 30% pre-payment. After that they stopped by the next evening saying that they will not finish the job as it is bigger than they thought nor will return the advance. Avoid and do not pay them any advance. Simply unreliable and not trustworthy cowboys.
