Decent basic credit check but verify income yourself
Sure would be nice if income on your report was actual (instead of self reported) PERSONALLY I BELIEVE YALL SHOULD DISCLOSE, VERY CLEARLY, THAT INCOME IS SELF REPORTEDEmployment history would be helpful to make sure the potential tenants can actually afford rent by keeping their job more than 2-3 months

Not good
HiI am a realtor who has been using your platform for years. I usually paid for my tenants' credit report, background and eviction reports. I was supposed to get 1 free credit report but that was not the case. I called your office multiple times and NO answer. At the end I ended up paying the full price for 2 .
