Absolutely shit . My stalking harrasment case was sent to them as person in question lives in Preston. This constabulary don’t want to know. Regardless of how much evidence you provide. These stress and fear me and my 12 year old have experienced is horrific. But they do nothing. The case officer never even made contact with me
The police have had a hard time of it lately but we can only speak from experience. PC Dan T, Rachel J and the officer who attended the thief's property in Lytham to retrieve our stolen car were absolutely fantastic. After being assaulted, with independent witnesses & all captured on video, biased & lazy cops took 8 weeks to interview the assailant before deciding NFA.Don't rely on police, deliver the justice yourself!
Today my granddaughter was missing. Chorley police force was with us in minutes. So grateful. Thankfully she was found safe and well. Just want to say thank you for the quick response. Much appreciated.
Failure to take 2 s3xual cases further. Dragged one out for 15mths with recordings to prove it. Let the teenage boy run the show & completely failed 2 young people's cases. I'm livid. Disgusted & I wouldn't use the police again I'll do it myself from now on,thanks for nothing but additional trauma & a lack of support. Take that how u will.

Rang up having been the victim of a crime. Got shouted at for being upset and angry about it. Absolutely pathetic, no wonder 10 year olds run around owning them. Sad state of affairs. Might as well have rung the speaking clock for all the good they do
Absolutely useless, my friend was stuck in blackpool with no money, no food or anything and a 10 year old child with them, when called and asking for help police proceed to blame my friend for "not thinking ahed of time and not bringing enough money" and told them to "sort it out for themselves" this police department should not eaven be running at all, would be better to have pidgins helping people out
My names margaret heyburn I'm leaving a review for PC pierce and the others that helped me I forget thier names also Holly and her college they where very supportive and PC pierce was amazing he was professional and to him my safety came first he helped with my mental health and the case we dealt with which was sensitive I'd just like to thank them all they were great with my dog princess too. Also PC pierce had a nice bum that made working with police a lot nicer lol as I don't trust them but at preston they where truly amazing thankyou boys and girls especially ❤️ my PC pierce xxxx much love and respect he truly is a one of gem to be proud of in our police force ❤️
Complete and sheer incompetence from the police. I shouldn’t be surprised but you’d expect better. You can report and report and report and their ability to even get evidence to the correct investigation team takes 9 weeks. Then, they can’t be bothered to investigate at all. The officer didn’t even know what potential crimes had been committed. Interesting that the regulator rated their ability to investigate as unsatisfactory in 2022. Clearly, it hasn’t improved. Lancashire Police are incompetent, lazy and useless. I also feel strongly that my reporting hasn’t been taken seriously because I’m a man and what I’d been reporting couldn’t possibly be happening to me for this reason.
I've had two experiences with Preston Police recently and they were both, truely awful. I was not surprised to find that most reviews are negative. Firstly, I reported some historic domestic abuse. The officer dealing with me was incoherent and got offended when I asked if I could speak to a "specialist officer". A short time later, I realised that I hadn't given him some video footage that I felt relevant. I've tried to contact the officer several times but at this stage I truely believe he is ignoring me until I give up. I was told by a call handler, something along the lines of "if you're a particularly demanding person, the officer may just choose to ignore you". Very professional lads! Secondly, I was involved in a harassment case years ago (with my NPD ex) and the officer dealing with me (PC Nickson) was very insensitive and ignorant to the reality of the situation. She literally compounded my trauma. Years later, I explained to her why I found the things she said hurtful. She sent me a email bereft of compassion saying "if Howard feels that I did not treat him with courtesy and respect he could consider making a formal complaint". It was too much for her to give her role in my suffering ANY acknowledgment. Arrogant, ignorant and shameless are just some of the words I'd use to describe these individuals.

Well I know lots of you will be surprised but I can honestly say the traffic policeman thst came to my assistance was so polite and friendly, my tyre had burst whilst driving on a busy bypass, id managed go pull the car over on to an entry slip road, called 101 who put me though to Lancashire police myself and 2 girls waited only 15 mins before a car showed up l, put my girls in his car to warm up and then followed me to a safer area to change my tyre, he then proceeded to assist me with the tyre until finding that the tyre wasn't going to come off, the officer drove my girls to school both loved as they are police cadets, I really did appreciate his help and kindness. The minority spoil it for the majority, not all are bad 😊
Absolutely awful, was in a club last night and people was kicking in the venue we got locked in it was that bad the staff and security guards kept us all safe, when the police turned up they did absolutely nothing didn’t arrest them nothing even though they assaulted the security guard infront of them and damaged the venue door I don’t know why they got treated differently but they did, I always thought the police was there to help you but after last night I’ve lost my trust in the police now.
These people deserve zero. I lodged a complaint of fraud about the solicitor handling my dadscestate and trust and sent them a timeline of events and lies spoken by the solicitor with e mail proof of lies. They took 3 weeks to respond ignored all my e mails and messages. Finally my case was given to another police sergeant who called me up told me he didn't read the timeline that they had asked for and proceeded to say he would call the solicitor. He called her and concluded she had proof and I told him it was lies and he said, people lie all the time and it is a civil case not a crime and we should go to the legal ombudsman, that I can't go round accusing people of things. He believed everything she said and it wawas just a miscommunication tthat's all. These police do not serve anyone they are lazy and only good fir benefit fraud abd traffic offences abd drunk driving. They bulldoze the victim and discredit the victims. No wonder we have children raped and ignored by the police in grooming gangs. They do not help the public and simply write things off as 'she said this he said that' and can't be bothered minimising crime. They are an excuse for police and dishonour their uniform and believe its OK to lie and are liars themselves.

I was horrified watching (meet the tyrants) as he was assaulted twice by the egg head with a beard, a so called police man, while 3 so called officers watched on, and you lot wonder why you don’t get any respect from the public, it’s because of incidents like this, because you dress up like a police man, it doesn’t make you one your just posing as bully’s in uniform you should be embarrassed to put that uniform on, nothing but bullies are you unaware that officers on the front line represent your officers, for anyone interested you can see this behaviour on YouTube
- Open Investigation in March 2024. Continuation from February 2020. Operator says "we need to get you out of there".- Invite for review in early April 2024- Face-to-Face they say they will need all evidence submitted to Others including The Charity Commission as a Regulatory Body who had concluded "Bullying, Harassment and Intimidation" (some 33 pages). They said they are not a prosecuting authority and I had to approach the police.- Face-to-Face they say they will need a Statement- Face-to-Face they say they need the names and addresses of the perpetrators which included all repeated patterns- Find out in November 2024 that they had closed out the investigation straight-away in April 2024 without the submissions and claiming "fanciful".At the same time, push you out on the Victim Right of Review timeline so VRR gone through no fault of Victim.In the meantime, allowed the perpetrators to continue with Harassment and Intimidation as done so over 10 years.Now complaint submitted and resort to private prosecuting individuals when could have done so from April 2024 thus further Harassment and Intimidation would not have happened too.From the outset, it was their failings as the required safeguards not put in place in February 2020 when issues first raised. The neighbourhood policing team was rather laughed at and allowed far worse.The Neighbourhood policing team visit home in November 2024 for??? They had no idea the investigation was closed out and I was led to believe they were going to do something. Tried to bring more harm buy not rounding up the perpetrators and still trying to get me to go to another place of worship.Force Control and Operators continued sending emails to the Police Officer between June 2024 to November 2024. They had no idea the investigation was closed back in April 2024. I submitted evidence from August 2024 as had been requested once I found out the collar number from Force Control. Not 1 reply to even say he had closed the investigation out back in April 2024.At the meeting, he only took a photo of a sample of allegations which was part of a far bigger issue.He brought in the Neighbourhood policing team and they like doing mental health referrals as correct safeguarding for their failings and incompetence having allowed significant increase of Harassment and Intimidation from their failings in the beginning i.e. from February 2020. The Neighbourhood policing team was let loose at Greenbank police station in April 2024 too - tried to silence Child Abuse and Narcissistic Abuse Victim and Victim of Crimes and then watched more harm yet again having done so for 30 years. A new trick to open investigations and close out in the manner done so to improve statistics? Unless someone from Lancashire Constabulary provides an alternative explanation. Because of them my physical health and long-term arthritis disability significantly worsened to impact for the rest of life when that was the reason they were approached in the first place. How Stress and Anxiety from Harassment and Intimidation by a very large group of people can cause Stress leading to extra fluid in the body i.e. inflammation and adverse impact on the arthritis disease.Private Prosecution on the lot.....
