Recently found these guys on ChatGPT reluctant initially but upon entering the facility from the front desk staff to the technician in the back can’t remember his name but amazing tech very knowledgeable comforting and assuring regarding my Tesla model 3 allowed me to walked to the back to see everything he found wrong dissecting the exact cause of my concern outside of worn bushing I needed body repair work instead of suspension and he was right on point. Highly recommend LAGAS Tesla will never see my car again money snatchers

I contacted Lagas to look at a potential slow leak in one of my tires. Justin contacted me to move my appointment because they were expecting some shop tire equipment on the day of my appointment. For the inconvenience of moving the appointment, he offered to fix the tire for free if it was a simple fix. Unfortunately for me, they were unable to plug it, and I needed a new tire. I appreciated the transparency from the beginning about what they could do, the offer to fix it for free if they could do it and showing me pictures of why they could not plug the tire. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Great experience. So glad I went with Lagas. Lagas repaired a sensor that had fallen inside the bumper of my Tesla. Another autobody shop told me that the entire bumper needed to come off to repair the sensor. Lagas repaired the sensor and kept the bumper intact saving both time and money. I am very pleased with their common sense approach and communication. I definitely recommend them.

I needed a 12v battery replacement on my Tesla and they made it happen the very next day. 2 weeks sooner than what the Tesla service center offered. They worked around my schedule and completed it via mobile service. It was done within 10 minutes.

I messaged Lagas EV Repair on Tuesday and they were able to come out the very next day. Nick was able to replace my 12v battery in 10 minutes and also gave me an update on other details of my car. I love the idea of in home service and with EVs needing less maintenance than regular cars that translates into less dealer visits. Nick is very good. He brought a new head light even for the first visit and changed it. He bought the bike based on the model of my Mitsubishi EV, which is not a common model. He was punctual, communications with VAGAS were prompt. In home service solved my problem of locating a dealer as the nearby Mitsubishi dealer recently closed. Nick was anticipating somelabor for the headlight but when it turned out it was much simpler he charged me just for the part. Not all maintenance can be done at home, but will go for it and reserve dealer visits for ones that have to.

The experience with Nick was awesome quick service and very informative. The technician has been in the EV business for many years and got right to work. After many times trying to get through to Tesla's impossible tech service via phone. I decided to give these guys a call and they knocked it out the same day. Otherwise I would have to wait for mobile service through the Tesla app for another 2 weeks. My car was completely dead and they swapped my old 12v battery out for a new one and I'm back on the road. 5stars for quick response and repair. Thanks guys!
