Knowingly breaking the law
Claims that because he buys his products from China they only have a 3 month warranty when he sells them in the UK!! I mentioned the Sales Of Goods Act and he clearly knew he was in breach of that.

Probably a Scam
Despite being UK based, my order was coming from China. Arrival estimate between 30 days or, in my case, never.Website had changed stock when I revisited despite using same URL, no record of my order from my tracking number. Avoid at all costs

I will never buy from this company…
I will never buy from this company again, my drone went faulty after 2 weeks and they just said its your fault you crashed it, i only flew a couple of times on a local grass area, ive been flying for a year or so and never had this problem before, its a Tinyhawk 2 so theres no landing gear or weight behind the drone and i never used it inappropriately, they even said it will cost £7 to get it back, it cost me £4 to send it, i was going to take further but due to covid its not worth the effort.

5 star ordered a Drone for my partners…
5 star ordered a Drone for my partners birthday. Delivered on time and was was able to track it ahe whole way. They were so helpfull when I spoke with them as I had no idea what drone to order. My partner was delighted with the Drone and has been back to buy spare parts.

VERY disappointed with your service
VERY disappointed with your service, cost me £15 to send transmitter to you and you send it back with the SAME fault! (not connecting to PC when holding both trim buttons in when powering on transmitter).As I never wanted to send it to you again and pay another £15, I decided to contact a friend and asked if he could have a look at it. He found that one of the connections on the SD Card socket was not soldered properly, he resoldered it and transmitter works fine now. By the way he found the information on Youtube on a video posted by guess WHO? "KOOLTOYZ". It's a pity you don't practice what you preach!

I was unfortunate enough to order £500+…
I was unfortunate enough to order £500+ of goods through amazon uk from this lot, what a BIG mistake that was. The goods didn’t arrive and they tried to keep my payment! I had to file a charge back to get a refund. Be very,very careful if you are thinking of buying anything form this company!
