SCAM!!! Does not honor 14 days free return window

I ordered a product directly from KitchenAid’s official EU website, which advertises a 14-day free return. The product was delivered on 30 December 2025. I contacted KitchenAid on 2 January 2026—just 2 days after delivery—to request a return, clearly within the return window. Despite this, KitchenAid took weeks to respond and ultimately claimed my return was “outside the return period,” which is factually incorrect.Their customer service channels are effectively unusable: The return request via the customer account does not work + The customer service phone number cannot be dialled from Ireland + Email responses take weeks, and when they do reply, the responses are often irrelevant and do not address the actual question, as if the emails were not even readInstead of honouring their own return policy, they relied on delays entirely caused by their side to refuse the return.I am honestly horrified by how poor the customer service is for such a large, well-known brand. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering directly from KitchenAid’s website.

Does not ship to Ireland

This is an Irish .ie website that does not ship to Ireland! In fact it's probably a UK website that couldn't be bothered organising international delivery. Whatever the case, if you are searching in Ireland for Kitchenaid products, avoid this site and go elsewhere. Irish Zip and Eircodes not accepted!!

Product Registration Frustration.

Trying to register a Kitchen Aid toaster for the guarantee. The QR Code supplied with the product documents failed to connect to their website.Manually logging onto the website required an account to be set up to register our product. The details for the account required our address, but our eircode was rejected with "Sorry we do not deliver to this location". I'm not looking for a delivery. Registration of the product could not proceed without the full details being entered into the account. After 30 minutes on-hold to their customer service number 00800 3810 4026. (This number is not available on the website, but was given to me by Harvey Norman from whom we made the original purchase) I spoke to an operative who offered to register the product for me. He took all the details but advised me to keep an image of the product receipt safe. I asked if the product would now show up in our account as a registered product, he said that he didn't know, but he had registered it on their system. We have received no e-mail nor reference for it having been registered and our account is not showing that it is a registered product. The website is still not allowing me to register the product albeit it did seem to accept our eircode. It will be interesting to see how we fare if we have to avail of the guarantee, I confess that I am not confident.

Think twice before buying (poor customer service / warranty process)

I strongly advise everyone to think twice before buying the K400 series blender. I bought it in December 2020, used a handful of times before it exploded on the day my son was born (mid Jan 2021). My partner (who was doing a smoothie for my labour) was lucky that he wasn't injured 😢, lucky enough he took some photos and we started the "warranty process" when I settled at home with my newborn and my 2y old toddler. I bought this blender to make my maternity leave with 2 toddlers easier but it's now 30th of June, no sign of the replacement, no communication from KitchenAid (the date of the replacement has been moved forward a number of times this year but it meant to arrive by the 15th of June....) and I am just wondering... is it only me? The poor explanation that it's because of the Brexit while KitchenAid is selling these jars on their website to new customers does not make much sense to me. It's probably the worst customer service I encountered to date and I just wanted to warn others: if you think you are buying this product to make your life easier you might end up injured, not being able to use it and the aftertaste of the whole drama is just not worth the money 🙁 So "thank you" KitchenAid for making my maternity leave "easier".
