My online experience was absolutely awful. I accidentally entered the wrong address when placing a large order, and within two minutes of submitting it, I contacted customer service to correct the mistake. The order had not yet shipped.The following morning, I was contacted by someone named Ethan, who was extremely rude and told me it was “too late” to change the address. I reached out almost immediately after placing the order, yet I was told they could neither update the address nor cancel the order.As a result, a large purchase is now being sent to the wrong address, and the company has refused to take any responsibility or offer a reasonable solution. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I truly regret making the decision to buy from this awful company

Poor Quality, Cheaply Produced Jewelry
I ordered a pair of pink dangle earrings and in 2 weeks one stone fell out.I then looked at all the necklaces, bracelets and earrings I've ordered over the last 1-2-3-4 years at a cost of well over $2000. A number of them have lost the gold color and the underlying brass is all that remains.The quality of this jewelry is very low and cheap. I extremely disappointed, not only with the crappy items that I have to throw away, but also with the horrible customer service. They accused me of abusing the jewelry. I never wash with it on or use perfume and take it off immediately upon my return to my home.I will NEVER buy any more inferior Kendra Scott products again!

Missing bracelet
I order a pair of earrings, a ring, an a bracelet. The bracelet did not arrive in the box with the other two nor did it arrive later. I have emailed numerous times regarding my missing item, I have never been contacted back. I wish I could’ve gotten a refund or the item shipped to me.

Horrible customer service
A days ago my daughter and I went to the southlake location , and customer service was the worst I had ever experienced, when asking for help they all seemed mad and just ready to go home since they were closing at 6 pm . Everyone I asked for help they would go get someone else to assist. I had never seen this happen, not sure if it was because we looked like we had no money Or because of our race. I will never go back into this store . It was very disappointing.

False advertising
Just be aware when you purchase the Insider Membership and it says on their website in several places Free shipping on Every order, that is a false statement!! When I called customer service and asked why I’m being charged shipping I was then told it excludes Yellow tag items! Nowhere on their website mentions that fact. I wish I had know that fact before I became a member.

Poor customer service. If you need to return it takes 10-15 days to receive credit and after 15 days credit still not process. Awful calling customer service, no answer. Never will recommend anyone to shop there!!

Nothing wrong with the products, but be aware that if you buy something online you can’t return it in a store. Also if you buy in a store they don’t return your money back, they just give you credit.Big unpleasant surprise for me!

I purchased three pairs of earrings on December 1 2025 and was offered a free necklace. When I received my order on December 5, 2025 it contained one pair of earrings and the free neckless. It took me three days to finally speak to someone in customer service. I was told to take a picture of the box and its content. I then received an email saying they would send out the two pairs of earrings with expedited shipping. It’s December 11 and I’m still waiting for Kendra Scott to mail the earrings. I have ordered from this company in the past with no problem, but I will be looking elsewhere to purchase costume jewelry.

This is cheap tat made in India. i bought off the offical website. I paid $71 for a pendant necklace and i was shocked to see what arrived. it is like something you would put on a barbie doll! or a haloween costume. it is at best like Claire's Accessories and certainly won't last. you would expect to pay about $10 for what arrived..very disappointing. zero stars

Tried to get a price adjustment on two pieces I ordered less than 2 weeks ago now that they are on sale and they said they only price match within 7 days. I bought 3 necklaces and all 3 have started to turn green my daughter took her back to get it replaced and they refused to fix it. I would not spend my money on these. Go to TJ Maxx and buy a necklace from there it last longer and you'll pay the same price and no issues. Will not ever buy from Kendra Scott again since they don't stand by there products.

Bought earring and necklace set- the earring don’t stay closed and the there are charms on there that will fall off. They will not do anything to repair or replace told me to take to the store I purchased them which is across the country and that is impossible. I splurged on a special momento now stick with earrings I can’t wear. Waste of my money and do not reccommendation their product quality or their customer service policy

My daughter wanted a soccer ball charm necklace $75 and to make it for free delivery i purchsed a bracelet for $50 . Extremely expensive overpriced for cheaply made costume jewelry. I really want to return it but i dont want to upset my daughter. But we could have made this ourselves.

Easily and Quickly Ruined
My partner bought the Kendra Scott seashell necklace for me in July 2025 as a birthday gift. I was so confident the price meant it wouldn’t easily tarnish, but how I was so mistaken.. my favorite piece of jewelry.. turned my neck gray and revealed a tarnished, faded and scratched backside… and it’s only been 3 months since I’ve received it. I’m so disappointed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a necklace in Kendra Scott, I used it one week and it turned black, I didn’t wet it, didnt shower with it or sweat with it on. It’s super bad I would never recommend it.

Overpriced and will not last
For being a Jewelry company with the Flagship store in TEXAS, you would think that their plated Jewelry could withstand sweating. Nope. After just a couple of months of wear (no swimming or showering with it on) The plating has worn off, looking dull and becoming seriously irritating to my skin. Basic jewelry that is overpriced and will not last unless you buy non plated metals. $$$$ Buyers beware.

Ask me why I bought from them this many times, I don’t know - The first necklace I got I liked, I got it as gift - it was one the basic green stone necklaces, rusted horribly was itchy, and actually ruined some of my clothes. 2022, bought onlineI got the butterfly ring a few months after the green necklace before it got.. nasty. And same thing happened - rusted and turned very quickly, and finger turned green. 2022, bought onlineThen I was in Dillards, and I got the white ari heart necklace maybe a year and a half after my last purchase. This one is actually awesome, hasn’t rusted, doesn’t make me itchy, it really is a great necklace that I’ve worn consistently since I bought it. 2023, bought in personSo with that in mind, I bought from them again a few weeks ago - Daphne Silver Coral Frame Multi Strand Necklace. From the images, I thought I was getting a blue/green stoned necklace. It’s um more red/orange… I can’t say that I would have bought it had I known that. But it’s a lot of money, and I fear I’m not going to return it. So I’ve been wearing it every now and then in the past couple of weeks and it makes me so itchy. 2025, bought online. So yeah I’d recommend buying the white ari heart necklace from Dillards! And I feel like there may be an argument of - maybe clean your jewelry better, or don’t buy that metal. But I have a disturbing amount of jewelry, and Kendra Scott is the only one that I have had any problems with.

Disappointed – no repairs, no accountability
I bought the Elisa Gold Pendant Necklace for $96 and it broke under normal use. When I asked about repairs, I was told Kendra Scott doesn’t repair “fashion jewelry,” even though their site says they offer out-of-warranty repairs for a fee. This “fine jewelry only” rule isn’t clearly explained until after you already bought the item and it breaks.Their customer service offered me a 15% discount on a new item, which doesn’t even apply to most of the store. If your jewelry breaks after 30 days, they basically just say “too bad.” For nearly $100, I expected better quality and actual support. Won’t be shopping here again.
