Very poor customer service
We ordered acne cream from this company. We’re were told our order was processed and we were charged for it. They came back and said 1 item was on back order but they was sending the rest by 3-5 day shipping and would send the rest for free when it became available. It should have been here today but never arrived. We contacted them and was told our order had not even been shipped and after telling them we felt we had been lied to they blocked our email and customer messenger. They finally shipped our product 4 days later but still never returned our emails. I feel lucky we got it so I probably won’t return unless its an absolute miracle cream.
