JWP is a great source for church choral and piano music. As music minister, I have used them for years. They feature a large inventory, fast shipping, and tax-free billing.
Item shipped in perfect condition, price was reasonable. My only complaint, not a real big one, is that it seemed to be a long time between order and shipping.
The shipping price is obscene. You should provide alternative pricing options

The CSA on the phone was remarkable. Great experience to have such a positive, knowledgeable helpful CSA! She was extremely proficient and knew how to use the system as well as answer questions.
I need access to the e-print score my school district already paid for my program.
PROS: I use jwpepper for the instant electronic downloads, so if my chorus votes for a song I can start doing my score prep right away and we can already be singing it the very next week.CONS: The audio previews and videos don't load nearly as reliably as other internet sources, so I often find myself trying to cue up a demo for us to listen to an arrangement, and then we can't. We instead end up listening to an original, and the students vote something lower because they don't get the cool impact of hearing the orchestration/arrangement. Overall, JWP has been a reliable source for us though.

I paid a lot extra for delivery today on Thursday (I hope). It has not arrived via UPS, FED EX or USPS - I say that because we have a business address and all of those deliveries have been made by now at 6:50 pm I realize this is probably a delivery issue - non the less it is an issue for me not to have it today. So sorry.
Speedy processing and delivery.For whatever reason, I was unable to charge my purchase to our church account and ended up paying PA sales tax for thirty anthems and an accompaniment CD.
I had to change my address and not so happy that I wasn't able to do it online, but I called and Jennifer helped me. She was VERY pleasant and helpful. Although I've never used your return policy, I think it's a good one and it's nice to know you will accept returns. I would like more music to be bought digitally, if possible. You have a great website!
I was impressed that my order was filled and then received at home so quickly (with no back-ordered items). I took away one star because of the high price of shipping and handling. I wish that could be lowered. I've ordered from JWPepper for many years and will continue to do so.
