At this point really feeling gaslit by…
At this point really feeling gaslit by JumpSport. First I was told there were no black 44" Pro fitness trampoline ( the less expensive version)..took a few days, but bit the bullet and went back in and ordered a colored one w/ a quick release handle bar for 44" which the larger handle is the only option that pops up besides "gear". This was exactly what I wanted since my dh planned on using it as well and he's not a tiny person. Never received a receipt of my order that day, which I thought was strange but ok. Then I received that the order had shipped, honestly took a quick glance but didn't notice the handle was changed to "compact". Handel came before trampoline, so didn't open til it arrived. Which is when I realized the handle was wrong.I've replicated my purchase at least 5 times on line and NEVER has the "compact" handle been an option. I've tried to have customer service rectify this and all I'm being told is I can "Purchase" an extension. ffs, I've paid a bit over $800.00 already. Of course they have you by the short hairs because at this point I'm just frustrated enough with this company that I would 100% return both items ...except they have a $200 return for shipping "oversized" and a restocking fee to boot.Buyer be ware

Great Product, Easy to Use and Adjust
I ordered a medium sized JumpSport Pro. While I could not get the black one, I got white and it looks great. It arrived sooner than planned and while the box was ripped a bit, it was totally fine. Now for the rebounding experience, my husband and I are in our 60s and found the factory soft settings did not agree with our back/knees. We bumped it up to a firmer setting and all is much better. LOVE THIS REBOUNDER! Quiet, stable, and well made. We got the wide stability bar and it helps with giving you the confidence you need to keep on bouncing. After one week, I am seeing noticeable differences in my energy level.

DAILY REJUVENATION FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME!
JumpSport 350 Pro is well made high quality product. Very minor assembly required, no tools needed. You'll be on it in minutes after removing it from the slim box. I've started at five minutes twice daily, and the time goes by really quickly. I'm recovering from a stroke that I had about 6 months ago, and this is very helpful strengthening my balance. GOD Bless you!

The Jump Sport is well made
The Jump Sport is well made. The bar made a difference for stability. Today was just my first day using it, so far so good. I am looking forward to using this daily.

Wonderful investment
Jump sport came very quickly which was exciting. I also love that it doesn’t hurt my knees when I jump which my last rebounder did hurt my knees. I love the look and how it came with the bungees attached.

Purchasing was easy

Wise choice
Rec’d rebounder and bar quickly and in good condition. Easy to assemble (15 min). Excellent, sturdy materials and construction. Reasonable price. Bought it for myself, but my 80 yr old husband is sold on it, too! Gave up my health club membership for this, and that was a wise choice. Thanks.
