A complete turnaround in customer service
I have to give it to JHM for their impeccable responsiveness and commitment to customer service. I ordered a full exhaust system for my rs5 from them and not two weeks later it went on sale for black friday. Normally I wouldn't mind but the discount was about $400 so I reached out to ask. They notified me that discounts were not retroactive and to be honest that made me unhappy and I was debating canceling my order. Jonathan turned the situation around completely and made sure I left satisfied. I even ended up adding more parts and work while i was there! This is my second experience with JH Motorsports and I can not wait to have them work on my car again. For all of your audi and vw needs. I highly recommend JHM!

JHMOTORSPORTS are Thieves
After the first horrible experience with XLR8PERFORMANCE, trying to buy the complete clutch kit with forged flywheel, I found the exact parts through Urotuning, and they didn't try to change the price after payment cleared my bank, as XLR8PERFORMANCE did. So I figured it may be a good start. I received my parts and everything was complete. I thought I was finally able to replace the clutch. By this time it was August. Parked the car and ordered parts the first time end of May beginning of June. The car ran perfectly. While I was waiting for parts, I had time to change the oil, filter, plugs, VC gaskets flush cooling system change transmission and rearend fluid, new cam sensors, crank sensor, coolant temp sensor. All of the suspension and mounts had been replaced within the last 6 months. So I shouldn't have to do much to it for a while after fixing the clutch. After getting together, it wouldn't start, but it did turn over. I sent many text, to see if JHM had any suggestions.... I was told everything from the bolts were incorrect (they were included in the kit) to the tune was a bad tune( it was their tune). They said that I installed the flywheel wrong.... not possible. Then they wouldn't give any response. When it was turning over, it made a sound kind of like a back fire, and it stopped totally. I took it back apart. Started comparing the flywheel with the original and noticed the ring that the crank sensor picks up, was not the same. The window is 20° off. So the crank sensor was giving incorrect information to the computer, which was affecting the fuel delivery and spark. I pulled the plugs, they were wet. Started looking in the spark plug hole with a bore scope and noticed #6 piston was shattered and laying in the bottom. It appears to be in about 5-6 pieces. The top of the rod has no damage, there's no shavings in the oil, and all 5 valves are in working order. That is proof that it wasn't running at the time of failure, along with other parts show no signs of damage from interference. I was recording live data at the time, monitoring everything possible. Which indicates the fuel being delivered wrong caused a hydrostatic lock, which in turn broke the piston. I've had this inspected by 6 other technicians, a master machinist, and 2 certified Audi technicians, all have the same conclusion. I tried speaking with JHM (Johnathan), he says sorry it isn't possible. He can only tell me that the diagnosis is wrong, but he can't give any other explanation. He refuses to look at it or have it inspected by someone of his choice. He said that he would look at the flywheel, but I have to ship it to him. He said that he doesn't want the original to compare. No matter what he finds during his inspection, he said that he will refuse to take responsibility. I can't get a refund on faulty overpriced parts. He expects me to just eat the 1400.00 I paid for parts that are bad and unusable, and he will not pay for the damage caused. That is where it was left at today. Customer service is horrible. They only care to steal your money and peddle junk parts. Hard to find a company that cares about the customers and their reputation. If they put forth the effort to fix their mistakes, I will definitely give written apology and leave a more positive review. As of right now they are a poor example of a company.

Fantastic
The level of respect and care they show their customers and the cars they work on is something that every mechanics shop should strive to achieve.

Ordered a B7 RS4 catback exhaust (which actually is made by Fast Intentions-JHM just rebrands for an undeserving uplift). Took 12 weeks. Had to buy adapters to fit the stock downpipes from JHM (only thing JHM actually did and couldn't do correctly) at $75. $10 worth of metal. Sent me WRONG adapters and then resent me WRONG adapters to correct their error. Spent over $250 in additional labor due to JHM incompetence. Owner (Jason Harbinson) loved when I sent him a nice note saying their customer service helped on the 1st mistake (sent me a reply about how he fixed the issue fwd) but silent when I updated the 2nd mistake. Buy a Milltek. Not US made but at least professional and accountable. BTW Fast Intentions ended up sending me the proper adapters free of charge. Hats off to Dan.

I have owned several Audi B5 S4's and…
I have owned several Audi B5 S4's and anyone who knows that platform knows that they require a lot of work, care, and most importantly maintenance. I have tried going to several different mechanics and sadly I have been burned nearly every single time. From Audi Concord to 034 Motorsports, I feel like I’ve tried them all. When I needed an engine out service in 2017 I turned to JHM as they were recommended by fellow members of Audizine.com. JHM replaced the turbos on my 2.7T and installed a new clutch and flywheel along with a ton of other neglected wear items. When they were done the car felt FANTASTIC! Once I got it home, I went over every nut and bolt they would have touched and the workmanship was impeccable. I am pleased to say that they have been my go-to shop since that time. In October of 2020 it was time to go stage 3 on one of my S4’s. Brandyn was especially helpful and patient as I must have sent him dozens of emails adding and subtracting to the scope and budget of the build. My plan was to install some of the parts myself and then have them pull the motor and install the larger turbos. Brandyn was very responsive and when the time came, I knew my car would be in good hands with their technicians. A few weeks later the car was complete and running great. In the few weeks since picking up the car I’ve put a few thousand very hard miles on the car and it has performed without issue! I am routinely impressed by their attention to detail and I will be a customer for years to come. Let me preface this next bit by saying that I am a pain in the ass client. I am very impatient and I want way too many updates. Brandyn was very accommodating with my correspondence. I did stop by the shop to check on the vehicle just to see how it looked and everyone there was amazingly helpful. They took to time to talk to me about the car, things they found, different ideas on potential future upgrades and they were simply great. Not once did they make me feel like I a nag or a bother. They took the time to talk to me like a person and not just another customer #. The level of respect and care they show their customers and the cars they work on is something that every mechanics shop should strive to achieve. I will be bringing my cars to them again and I cannot recommend this shop strongly enough. They are fantastic!

Good Job!
I'm surprised to see a review less than 5 STAR here, my own experience with JHMotorsports is a wonderful one, everything I ordered are perfect and their timing is encouraging. Good Job!

absolutely horrible customer service
absolutely horrible customer service, I had to open a BBB case and a PayPal case against JH Motorsports just to get them to take care of an issue after the sale... after doing some research I found out that this is a common practice for this company... deny, deny, deny, until the customer stops complaining and just goes away... unfortunately I don't work that way, and after a month they finally took care of my issue... again, worst customer service ever!!! don't buy from this company, because once they have your money, they really don't care what happens after the sale is completed!!!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience - I sent several e-mails and left several voicemails with 0 response from them. Also the design and engineering of their products is very shortsighted with no regard for the original engineering design, which makes their products extremely dangerous.

Love these guys!
I've ordered a number of things from JHMotorsports and every transaction has been great. The best experience I had was with their timing belt kit with how-to DVD. It made the install so much easier with a vid and little tricks that I wouldn't have otherwise known. They sent me the wrong accessory belt, for the 2.7t instead of 2.8 30v (For an Audi) and they just sent me another one no extra charge!!!! They just said to not worry about the other belt and to just keep it. Wow, I couldn't believe it. Sure it's a low cost item, but the fact that they didn't nickel and dime me over a tiny item when I spent hundreds really made my day.
These guys not only want your business, they are straight up honest. Great service and they are innovators of a lot of new products for Audis so I really like these guys. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!
You guys rock! I hope your product line continues to grow so I can buy more stuff from you!
