Ordered a Steph Curry puzzle which was advertised as having basketball player shaped pieces along with one branded wooden box. Instead the pieces were shapes of animals and trees and came in a draw string bag branded aimpuzzle. The support email supplied on their website fails to send as the failed notification states the address cannot be found.
They sent me a wrong puzzle. The size smaller, the shape of pieces not a same as a site(the move of basketball players) and it came in a tissue bag without box. I payed for a L size and I got a M size. I tried contacting a seller,but their contact email address come back because it’s not existing mail. support@biicartI’m really disappointed and feel scammed! Don’t buy from them!
Never delivered an order! Everytime I email they say it is going to be reported to higher management. It has been 7 months!
They have taken my money and not supplied my puzzles. I’ve been waiting 4months. They emails excuses after excuses. Very disappointing.
If I could I would give them zero, I ordered back in the beginning of December 2022 and several months later I find out that the tracking code was not even to me so I contacted them and they claimed I would be sent a new puzzle. Several months after that they kept saying to be patient and by that time I had lost my patience so I wrote them a email that I demanded a full refund immediately and that's when I find out that appearently I can't send anything to them. DO NOT BUY as its a waste of your time and money.
After 4 months from my order, the product was not delivered. My claims were answered but not solved. And now my emails are “undeliverable”, “the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system”.Do not trust this seller!
I was sent the wrong puzzle but they refuse to replace it. Instead they offer a 20% discount which is basically asking me to give them more business for their mistake! They claim they cannot afford for postage to resend so I need to bear postage by ordering more. Ludicrous!
The elephant puzzle is missing a piece. Very disappointing
The dragon fly puzzle I bought is missing a piece of one of the tails. Won’t buy again.
We really enjoy your puzzles - they always show up exactly as pictured - we now have the whole family interested in helping with them and wanting us to order more.

Honestly would give 0 stars if I could, ordered 2 puzzles on 5th December for a Xmas gift and they still have not come and it is the 29th Jan. The complaint are saying they’ve been delivered but tracking is showing they are with driver. I have asked for a refund but will be contacting my bank in the next couple of days if the company doesn’t refund me
I ordered some tires from my supposed to be legit company on the website I made the purchase never received tires and my card was charged to a Jeff puzzle. I never ordered a puzzle this is the biggest scam it is and am gona prosecute these scammer
Oder puzzle Dec.16 2022. They shipped it to an address over 3000 miles away from me. When I reach out to them they say we will investigate this matter. Then send you an email stating it's been delivered check with your local post office. All you get is the same emails over and over!
I ordered 3puzzles as christmas gifts on december, 07th 2022.I did not recieve any of the till today, the10th of Januar 2023.I do not get any answer, when I ask for the puzzles or a refund.
I placed an order on December 10 2022 and had it shipped to California for a Christmas gift for my nieces. I finally got a confirmation of delivery the other day and it was shipped to the wrong address in the wrong state. We sent an email to your company two days ago to try and correct the situation and haven’t gotten any response.
I ordered 3 large puzzles and if what they sent me was the large, I couldn’t imagine what small and medium would be. I did receive 3 puzzles though.Note: I rarely use PayPal and after using it for this order, there was an attempt to charge my account $450. I understand that Chinese computer systems are not secure
I order from this company, but another company called ericpuzzles which is actually the same as jeffspuzzles, the charges on my credit card was under jeffspuzzled. They send the packages to another address and marked it as received. it was delivered at Dec. 1810:52 amDelivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailboxCampbell River, BCthe package they "shipped" to an But this is not my address I live in Montreal Quebec The package came from China. Stay away . Been emailing them , will dispute the charges SCAM ALERT
