Poor quality material
Ordered new bathtub with shower surround. I made it very clear to salesman that WE wanted to control water pressure and temperature. No trickling water. Also wanted non slip tub bottom. Salesman guaranteed both. Well..... before even using shampoo or soap, the tub bottom was more slippery than previous tub and i almost fell immediately. The faucet is one of those dumb ones that turns on as you control temp. "Off" is at the 6:00 position and it only goes to 2:00. Apparently it is"preset" to what JACUZZI feels you should have temperature. Water comes out the strongest at 3:00 which isn't warm enough, and pressure decreases in either direction. I called for service, thinking it was defective, but it is not. Jacuzzi puts limits on their faucets. (So in other words, jacuzzi determines pressure and temp.) I also called about slippery floor, and Michele told me "It's not non slip. It's slip resistant. You can go to Walmart and buy a non slip mat." I called plumber to see if he can easily put in new fixture. He cannot without getting into the wall. He said jacuzzi fixtures are garbage. I guess why they are"free" with promotions. Deceptive sales, poor customer service, awful fixtures. Go with a different company. Unfortunately, i only read Google reviews. I wish I had known about TrustPilot.

Me and my wife took a half day off work for an appointment for a consultation. Jacuzzi Bath representative did not show up or called. When I called them they said they would call me back to reschedule. No calls no apologies. Unprofessional to say the least. No sure why Costco is associated with this company???

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is the worst…
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have serious concerns about why Costco has a partnership with such a company. They quoted $22,000 for a simple walk-in shower, which is absolutely ridiculous. At that price, someone could buy a new car.Customer service informed me the appointment would last 1½ hours, but they wasted my time for 3½ hours, which is highly unacceptable.I would strongly advise against calling Jacuzzi Bath Remodel for any bathroom remodeling services.

Costco/Jaccuzzi train wreck
Through Costco, I contracted Dreamstyle Remodeling to complete my “1 day” Jaccuzzi shower installation here in San Diego. After day 5 of install, Dreamstyle notified Costco that they were bankrupt. They did come back a 6th day to attempt job completion. After that, Costco informed me that I would have to arrange for final permit inspection. Additionally, I was informed that any warranty issues may or may not be honored. To date, they have not been able to provide me a copy of my contract. I hope nothing goes wrong, or I’m up the creek.

Dont Do It.
The manufacturer uses something on their products such as the bath tub that will cause it to stain after use. Such as essential oils, bath soaps, shower curtains which their warranty does not specify and they will not help the customer to try and rectify the problem that has occurred less than a year time. They only offer the customer to purchase another high cost product to rectify the problem after the customer has already spent an exuberant amount of money for their product. Their warranty is unrealalistic for a product that the consumer uses everyday and has spent a lot of money. They do not care about customer satisfaction..

I called, made an appointment for the estimate and they never showed up or called. Terrible. I am actually glad that happened at the beginning of the process because, in reading the reviews, it sounds like it would have gone even further down hill from there. Good luck!

When you can’t even hire a professional that knows what they’re doing for your commercials. How can you expect anyone to be happy with your product. You have already let them know that you are not professional people And that’s what they should expect anytime they have someone install your product.

They then called and cancelled the appointment and said it was against their company police to give any estimate unless a female household member was present for the sales pitch. So they are sexist scam artists. Called somebody else and handed them my shower replacement job.

Nasty Browser Trojans!
Nasty, nasty trojans attack your browser before the webpage even finishes coming up. This makes no sense. Why would anyone go on to get their services after that? Unless, they're deliberately trying to court the most stupid of individuals and their test is not having any trojan protection on the browser. Just imagine what they do with that data. I wouldn't be surprised if they read your phone number from autocompletion and give a hard sell marketing call.

I had a walk in shower installed by jacuzzi at first it looked great then about 7months the doors were getting loose then little pieces of rubber fell off . I called several times and no one called back . I am very dissatisfied

Nothing about this company is legit
Nothing about this company is legit. You don't deal with Jacuzzi, you deal with an independent company that Jacuzzi hires to do it's work. In this case I dealt with JP Fitzpatrick in Long Island. I signed a contract in March of 2025 and finally got the bathroom completed in December on 2025. It took them until October to do the first install after constantly being told about delays with permits and getting supplies. Then when they did the job the entire job was done wrong. After another 2 months of phone calls i finally got the bathroom redone in December. There is no one to complain to at Jacuzzi because when you call them it goes straight to their contractor. I highly recommend you go with a local company and not fall for this one day promise BS.

I want to have a beautiful bathroom installed but I cannot because ever since I've seen that Christina woman if your installations are anything like her voice or her ridiculous acting and shaking of her head through the commercials that the gentleman is speaking in and asks her questions she is so ridiculous I will call another company and I've spoken with other friends that are home owners and feel the same way simply because she is the worst the absolute worst and I mean the absolute worst spoke person I've ever seen in my 63 years of life that has been allowed to do a commercial for this long. And now you guys have been advertising for more than a year Christina across America why why why?!!???!!We don't get it, she should have absolutely nothing to do with your commercials and US knowing that she's getting paid for doing your across America's jacuzzi tour turns us off even more and we are all seven of us going to go with another company. I simply refuse to let her keep making millions off of her horrid absolutely horrid commercials and let your company make money. Until we don't see her name her face on any of your commercials we will not buy from you and we are real estate agents and and on and represent multiple multiple homes!I like the new young lady that looks a little similar to her that is also blonde but she speaks very well but until y'all get rid of Christina on any commercial that we see and quit paying her millions we will not be doing business with your company.

NEVER USE JACUZZI REMODELING
If you are smart, DO NOT REMODEL your bathroom from JACUZZI!!! You are better off going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. My mom got the bathroom installed since she has had a couple of knee surgeries and another health issue. She wanted to install jacuzzi. They charged so much money and DID NOT install it one day. My mom almost FELL in that shower due to the CHEAP shower. The SEATING they added she was SLIPPING. This is absolutely DANGEROUS for elderly. SAVE your elderly parents. I had to go to TARGET and buy tons of non-slip bath mats. It helped. What was the point of getting the shower remodeled if my mom kept slipping??? I HATE JACUZZI for FALSELY ADVERTISING!
