I purchased an ion trailblazer speaker a little over a year ago and now it malfunctioning. The audio goes in and out, the speakers sound as if it pops and I can not raise the volume over 2. Even at 2 the audio will just stop playing all together. The purchase is not worth the price. This is not a well made portable speaker, especially when the speaker will stop working in a year.
I wrote a review of ion and have to apologize it was not a good re view.They were alittle slow at first but they turned out to be fine ,guys were nice and tried to get things done for me .It was the city that were dragging PNM.The inspectors for PNM were also good but PNM itself poor they were the problem So my apologies to Ion solar!
I have the ION slides2pcmk2 ok, it was for windows7. their website invites me to click on LEGACY products, BUT not only is there no information on using it with windows10, their website has no support information AT ALL ON THIS PRODUCT, AND no way of contacting them to get any information or drivers.Come on ION, wake up and support your products.
We purchased an ION Party Float at the end of the season last year. We purchased it at BJ's club. We wouldn't get to use it till the following year as we were building a new house and would use it there. When we went to use it this summer finally (It hadn't been removed from the box till this point), the unit would not charge or it would charge but never once power on. No way to tell which it was. Attempted to return to BJ's but they got out of taking the return saying they have a time limit on "electronics" and told us to contact the manufacturer. We reached out to ION through their online process and were simply ignored. No response of any kind. Could never consider another purchase from a company that not only produces defective products (accidents happen) but more importantly, chooses to ignore consumers.
Bought one of these from Costco. ION claim it is for indoor and outdoor use. The unit failed after a few hours, filled with rain water and is absolute dire quality. Phoned the ION helpline, they were useless. Admittedly it's inexpensive but how this product can be claimed suitable for outdoor use, is a joke, it's not water resistant. I'm sending this to my local Trading Standards. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
ION BLOCK ROCKER SPORT-punchy bass sometimes a bit over kill but is unbelievable good for likes of the beach house party's garden party's nothing as quick and simple as turning the speaker on and using NFC to connect phone via Bluetooth Plus 2 USB charging ports and with the speaker being ipx4 water resistant I've no worries about my party come rain hail or shine
Poor support for our turntable that has stopped working after a year. No response from online support and no answer at UK support number. Save your money and buy a better record player.
ION Pathfinder is a phenomenal party speaker. If you love music and entertaining friends and family this is a must buy. This speaker is loud and has great sound quality. I bring mine everywhere! Great for the beach, camping, BBQ, pool parties, etc. The exterior casing is extremely durable to basically everything. I'v dragged mine though every kind of terrain. Its definitely waterproof (I've left mine over night in a rain storm and still works great). The two Rollerblade sized wheels on the bottom and the retractable handle makes for easy travel. Bluetooth is easy to connect to and battery life is great for size speaker. And it comes with a microphone!!! Im not into karaoke but the microphone is a great addition. I brought my speaker to a friends wedding weekend. Right before the rehearsal cocktail dinner the power to the whole hotel (and area surrounding) went out and was not coming back. It was a disaster. The hotel set up generators for lights and had to order in food. I brought my ION speaker, the sound was more then enough for a mid size function hall and his parent were able to use the microphone for speeches and announcement.
Having had quite a few turntables from different companies since I was 14,I was encouraged by the thought i could buy the ion turntable and play all my old and new vinyl through my bluetooth speaker with my Ion turntable.Worst purchase I have ever made,It skipped on all the new vinyl I purchased and then started running slowly when playing albums despite me trying to adjust the speed with the small screw adjustments on the back of the deck,tried another belt,still running slowly.After only having it for almost 3 years it is now getting taken to the recycling centre.Waste of £100,keep your money and add a bit more for a decent turntable.
