In all fairness, I must point out that ever since a good friend asked me, "What... don't you know the IHerb ? '' Every shopping experience for supplements, cosmetics, health food, and more... just became fun. Remember how I used to order from different websites, at double the price, with a delivery service that doesn't know how easy, detailed, fast, and especially with a guarantee of quality, fast shipping, more practical packaging. Bottom line - worth it, worth it, and worth every penny.

DO NOT BUY - THEY ARE NOT AN HONEST COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY! Warning anyone who orders from this company, risks getting ripped off. I placed an order and items arrived damaged. There is no way to contact the company. The chatbot directed me to send photos but it keeps refusing to allow me to return the item or replace. So I got scammed! Next stop is my bank!

Avoid Buying from iHerb
I strongly caution potential customers against purchasing from this company. I ordered a specific cream and instead received a different product that is cheaper than what was advertised. This raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices.Additionally, there is no contact information provided on their website, making it impossible to reach them to address the issue or request a refund. After encountering this problem, I reviewed feedback from other customers and found multiple similar complaints — individuals receiving incorrect products and being unable to contact the company for resolution.Had I read these reviews beforehand, I would not have placed an order. Based on my experience and the consistent reports from others, I cannot recommend this company. I advise others to exercise extreme caution and consider purchasing elsewhere.

Ordered often before perfect!
Ordered often before perfect!Today broken glass and then refund cannot be sought due to their system deciding my photo was not good enough!!!Broken glass everywhere in the box!That is not right, accept my photos iherb to allow the refund!Whilst the refund can’t be processed without photo acceptance no refund can be processed!Neat way out of responsibility.

Irresponsible plastic packaging
I like the products of IHerb, and the efficiency of delivery, and the ease of ordering. What I DON'T like is having 30 small plastic air filled packs in the box for postage...we live in a world drowning in plastic waste and pollution and this is astounding that a reputable international company such as yours should still be using such plastic polluting packaging when there are so many other, much better, alternatives. Please do something about this urgently and change your packaging! This is not the first time I have written to you about this and I am disappointed that there has been no response! Thank you.

One of the best in the game!
Delivery is always fast, perfect, and on time. They stock tons of products I can’t find anywhere else in the UK, often at great prices. If there’s ever an issue (rare), customer service fixes it instantly, no hassle or wasted time. Genuinely amazing, highly recommend!

They say my order is delivered
They say my order is delivered. They don't have phone support, nor do they have email support. In other words, they are too cowardly to talk to you. My neighbors don't have my order. It's neither in my letter box, nor on my porch. But they won't talk to me about it. Won't be ordering from them again.

I recieve the same email notification a couple of days after every order from iHerb:-"Due to unexpected flight schedule changes, your order is delayed"Order 2-3 days later than expected date.

NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I cannot believe that a company this big has no way to contact customer service, except a chatbot! They claim to have a 24/7 customer support service, however, it is never available. I had opted to be notified when the product I was looking for would be back in stock. I receive the notification that the product is back in stock; I click on the Buy Now button within an hour of receiving the email and the product is out of stock! The chat bot cannot give me any intelligent answer and it's not possible to email or call any customer support agent. Pathetic!

I mistakenly purchased the wrong…
I mistakenly purchased the wrong product, the company was helpful to fix the issue when I originally contacted them through the chat, but then they sent the wrong product again. And now it's impossible to contact them via chat (I can't get past the bot's attempts to verify that I'm not a bot ugh, don't you love it?), and there are no phone or email addresses to contact them. I requested capsules but they resent powder formula. Please send the requested capsules.
