The payment system is a mess.
The payment system is a mess. It's hard to understand how it fully works, and I sometimes feel that it's being manipulated so it would result in as low pay as possible. Not to mention, management is never transparent about anything to the employees, which means that we are always clueless about what's happening to the company and even to the computation of our salaries.
