whats what wrong.Once you were great sittign waiting for this HP printer to pass all this extra security.. turns out its just easier to write it all. not as nice but hey it works unlike HP FAIL ...

Their products are absolute rubbish

Their products are absolute rubbish. I bought a desktop in October 24, the hard drive failed in November 2025. I had an HP Envy for about 10 years, they stopped supporting that model ( best printer i've ever had, bought a hp 2800E, IT NEVER SEEMS TO PRINT ALL THE PAGE. I will never buy anything from HP again.

All your products are trash

All your products are trash. You charge me for a printing service every month, then update my computer only to have it not recognize the printer anymore after 5 years, also 5 years of fees, plus charging me per print if I go past my daily print limit, and now it just won't connect. Awesome. I hope your company goes bankrupt, you shills.

Very Disappointed with HP

Very Disappointed with HPMy experience with HP has been frustrating. The product quality did not meet my expectations, and customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue. I expected better reliability from such a well-known brand.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company doesn't have any customer service. They pretend they do by giving a support telephone number but it's in a foreign country and the agents can't or won't help you. They just fob you off and keep repeating standard phrases they've been trained to use. I called them at least 15 times with no joy. At one point an agent told me to stop ringing them as I was holding up the process!!! They refuse to escalate the call to a manager saying they don't have the facility to do do. What utter rubbish - they're a tech company ffs! The post sales email address just doesn't respond. There are no other contact details to be found anywhere on their site or on the web. I have never felt so frustrated in my life to the point I nearly gave up. I was trying to get a refund on a laptop that had been lost en route by DPD. In the end it took nearly 2 months for them to issue it and they only did that because I raised a case with PayPal. That is illegal according to trading standards in the UK. If you're thinking of buying direct from this company, just DON'T! Please don't. They don't deserve your custom. They really couldn't care a fig about you.

Spent $1K for a POS laptop

Spent $1K for a POS laptop. It takes forever to load a web page, access the control panel, even save a document. When you save a document, the code at the end to open the document does not exist anywhere online, so a saved dicument cannot be reopened after the save.HP support is a joke and the website logs you out while you are typing in the serial number then says an unexpected error happened and to re sign in, in 24 hours. INCONVENIENT 100%.I have bought nothing but HP for the last five machines i have owned since 1995. The customer support when or if I had a problem was great. But this fifth Laptop, is the worst experience I have ever had. A lot of crap has happened since 2017 when I bought number four. With this one, I honestly don't think I will ever recommend HP to any of my 15 million tiktok followers or my 3.5 million youtube followers. I 100%believe the next computer I buy will be an APPLE product.

I've never had such a bad printer before.It's an insanely bad solution. It is impossible to connect to Wifi. You are forced to pay for ink. If not, then the printer will not accept new ink. That is, it is a one-time solution, not environmentally friendly.

I bought a HP LASERJET PRO MFP 3302 printer. I have lost many hours for installing it and everytime something goes wrong. I reinstall the drivers and after one day I have the same problems.

I've never had such a bad printer…

I've never had such a bad printer before. You can't even print a drawing with this goddamn trash. Collecting information on you and selling you nearly empty ink catridge that don't even work properly neither is all they are good at.
